  • STUPID NAZI

  • @ThatsWhackSauce STUPID AMERICAN FATASS WHO DOESN'T MOVE ALL DAY.

  • cool works on win7 and vista ad hoc iternet shar. TNX brou

  • @algirdaslt and is dial up conection share

  • @algirdaslt No prob, actually congratulations since you appear to be one of the few who first used their Brain before asking questions. At least some before you might have never started to think that Dail up works too. :)

  • Can u watch movies from a website after u connect to a psp

  • wow, ican try for my PSP, :)

  • THANK YOU SO MUCH DUDE YOU ROCK:)

  • i dont have a wifi card

  • Dude can i connect it with my PSP?

  • @TemplarKiel Some say it worked for them and others blame me for it not working. So just give it a try and let me know if you need help.

  • thanks alot works perfectly!!!

  • so in order to do this your computer has to be connected to the internet via ethernet cable and the wireless card is what is to be the (router)?

  • @92Demr Exactly. You can also do it vice versa if you get your internet through Wireless and share it through the ethernet.

  • @maximumrisk2004 ooh i see. thank you

  • nazi...

  • Why the fuck i dnt have these options at 0:52 ?

  • @Nese565 There are no options at that Window. If you can find this Window, you can look in the "Control Panel" and there search for "Network Connections". That should bring you right there. The Connections themself are different on every computer depending on its setup.

  • @maximumrisk2004

    i have only in there:

Local area connection and hamachi connections. no more :|

  • @Nese565 Okay, so what do you want to connect and how, also from which connection do you get your Internet? Is that Hamachi one the Modem?

  • @maximumrisk2004

I dont have Modem, its cabled. And, i want to connect with my phone, to my internet with Wi-Fi :)

  • @Nese565 So the Hamachi one is your Wifi card?

  • will it work on mobiles?my computer has a cable(not wireless) internet will it work?

  • @MegaMaaaz You know that you could answer it yourself by simply trying it? I know this method never failed me on any device(except that damn Nintendo DS) and if People tell me it didnt work, it is most likely that they did something wrong or that the device is simply not capable. So try it and if you need help I will answer as soon as possible. Also looking through the comments should be useful, I explained alot to others before.

  • @maximumrisk2004 ok thanx

  • will this work for wii?

  • @M055B0RG I cant say for sure, so just give it a try.

  • i only have one network conection ...what do i do??

  • @20martiny What kind?

  • eh, ill do this on ds, how?

  • @BoomBakZ DS wont work.

  • @maximumrisk2004 you are not sure!

  • @BoomBakZ Some People got it to work, I just dont know what the DS needs in order to connect. Mine wont, no matter what I do. So if you are a lucky one whose DS works with Adhoc be my guest.

  • i hate a grandpa thats german, well hes not really my grandfather but i like to take him as it :D

  • Please help me in running windows 7 and in my action center there says Turn on windows firewall (Important) then i clicked it it says action center cannot open windows firewall i did anying i manually open using recomended settings but doesnt work i also update but none for windows firewall

  • @BoomBakZ Check your Messages, I send you some links that should help you fix it.

  • yes dude..u r right...but basically i am a computers student, i came to know that 'ad-hoc' is detected by laptops and rooted android devices( >3.0) and some linux os mobiles?

  • @saiki143 Sorry, I gues I understood your previous post wrong. Yes, this Video shows how to do an Ad-hoc connection with shared Internet. Ad-hoc can be detected by any devise that has W-lan, however I am not sure what is needed to connect since for example the Nintendo DS has no problem finding the Ad-hoc Network, but it simply cant connect.

  • yes dude..u r right...but basically i am a computers student, i came to know that 'ad-hoc' is detected by laptops and rooted android devices( >3.0) and some linux os mobiles?

  • does it work on psp?pls thumb this up so he can see this.

  • @emowatick24 It should. I know from People that got it working and others that didnt.

  • @maximumrisk2004

Ok sir but i am sure that all devices cannot detect 'ad-hoc' network.

I i am permitted to post the link,i'll give the concerned info page

  • @saiki143 You can send it to me per Message. Posting links in Comments is not allowed on Youtube. I did not want to sound high and mighty. Just tried to tell you that I have alot of experience on this and so far I havent come across a device that couldnt find the Network, they just had trouble connecting.

  • @maximumrisk2004

    ok sir

  • @maximumrisk: dude......is this one to setup an adhoc network??..but that is suitable only for laptops .

but i think using "mhotspot" ..we can create "ACCESSPOINT" soo every device can connect to it..i think soo...im i right??

  • @saiki143 I made these Videos like this in order to get the information across. You can use this any way you want, with Network cables, with Wlan, to a Ipod, to your TV or Stereo. It took me a long time to get all of this info and my work would have been a whole lot easier if someone just told me what I am explaining in this video.

  • @p2rt i see my network and the wii tries to join but fails and says no access point... And something about the ssid for the network

  • It doesnt work on the Wii or DS... damn you Nintendo... but at least I get decent Xbox Live

  • does it work with Wii?

  • @Muse6634 It might. I dont own one, but I got a comment before that it worked with someones Wii. The NDS though is 100% incapable.

  • psp wont find it.

  • @p2rt Sorry to put it this way, but in this case you probably did something wrong and the Computer is not sending the Network. It should work fine with PSP.

  • @maximumrisk2004 It would be great if your are right but, i believe that PSP doesn' t support internet connection over AdHoc. Also my all other devices like mobile phone, other pc and wii works fine with it.

  • @p2rt Sorry man, I have no idea whats wrong with it. I know for certain that it worked when I first uploaded this Tutorial. Maybe Sony changed something with an update.

  • @maximumrisk2004 ipod touch?

  • @MegaJonon It should work, though the Ipod has nowhere to input the DNS Servers as far as I know. Just so you wont be surprised that you dont find that specific setting in your Ipod.

  • @p2rt Can you tell me how you got it working for the Wii?

  • @joshman196 Do you see AP, but wont connect?

  • Um, Hi, i have a problem.. i have a wired router and i only have one network connection like i don't have the wireless one and i've tried making it, but it never appears

  • @KittyCatRosa If you dont have a Wireless card this is not going to work. You need at least 2 connections on your Computer in order to share your Internet Connection.

  • @maximumrisk2004

oh x_x where can i buy them? walmart? how much are they =o?

  • @KittyCatRosa You can get a USB one pretty cheap at any Computer Store. I have never been at Walmart but its possible.

  • germans are really awesome and you prove it dude

  • Dude, you've cracked me up! "I don't know how to say this, so fuck it."

Nice job! And nice tutorial too!

  • 2:02 hahahaha! xD

  • @maximumrisk2004 i know the apps name, i tried installing it but it says that it need win 7 to run (the installer) so...

  • @feryxxx Then I would suggest you keep trying. Try googling the Error your phone gives you when you try to connect. You have no idea how long I searched a answer to my connection problems and everybody just told me it was impossible to share Internet over ad-hoc.

  • HEY. I have a question :) i have a laptop, with an USB 3g modem, and i need it to send a signal, so i can have wireless signal on my nokia 5800 phone... so again: USB modem connected to laptop -> and make it send wireless to my phone witch has wifi.... so...can someone help me? :)

  • @feryxxx No problem. Just connect your USB Modem and it should show up in the Network Window. Then you just make the configurations like I did in my Video on the USB Modem(I selected "Internet Sharing" on my Ethernet Card and you have to do that for your Modem). The Modem will show up as normal Network connection and therefore when going to Properties you have almost the same Windows as I showed. If you need anything just send me a message.

  • @maximumrisk2004 ok so i made it, made the ad hoc, i click connect, i find the signal with the phone, i click on connect, the laptop says "aquairing newtwork connection" the phone after a while says "invalid server name" ...i get the feeling that the laptop is searching for internet from the phone.. and when i go to share th USB modem, i dont get to choose witch wireless to use like you at 4:48. and on the phone i cant set the IP and DNS and stuff so..

  • @feryxxx What did you name the network? Try with a simple 1 word thing. "invalid server name" sounds weird, the only one that would classify for that would be the Network name. Otherwise you can try tell windows to choose the IP´s automatically and hope that it selects working ones for your Phone and Windows. Maybe your Phone is requesting a IP from your Computer and since I set them manually in my vid, it doesnt work, so you might want to try to let them on Auto.

  • @maximumrisk2004 the server name is something simple "halozat" ... now i tried it with obtain automatically, and same thing... i have a friend that tried it on a win7 laptop and sent wifi signal to smartphones like mine. the thing is that for windows 7 there is an application that dose all this for you... if i could find an app for xp...

  • @feryxxx Connectify.me, but i think it should work with Winxp too. I have done the same thing you are for my Dad a while back. He has some kind of Android clone and it worked without problems there.

  • @akramlail The DNS Server adress is a bit tricky, it is not obligatory, but in my experience makes connecting to the Internet way Easier. If the Iphone does not have that Configuration you have to try it without.

Before I discovered the Damn DNS Server number, I had to play around on the Computers for hours till they suddenly worked. Hint: Restarting the Computer and Iphone from time to time while you Play around with the configurations might help.

Maybe you can check first with another Comp

  • @akramlail I have no IPhone. Where do you get stuck? Cant find the Network? Dont get Internet Signal?

  • thank you very much, this help a lot :)

  • oops i meen DNS server =(

  • @chrille92lind Either your Windows is screwed up, or you accidantly selected to choose the DNS Server Automatically.

  • @maximumrisk2004 i think its my windows thats screwed up.. it takes the laptop 20 minutes to start! exactly- 23,49 minutes xD

  • @chrille92lind Oh damn, let me just guess that you got about a 1 - 2 Ghz Processor and Ram of probably 526MB. I have gotten used to delete my whole Hard drive and reinstall it every 2 to 4 months.I got a faster computer now, but still it works way better if the System is not that old.

Also your Problem sounds like a very weird bug. Windows denies you to enter something if it is either disabled or you accidantly hit the shift key and Windows simply refused the symbols.

  • @maximumrisk2004 - hmm i dont think i pressed the shift button because i could type in number only in the DNS and not letters, my DNS was: Fec=:0:0:FFF and so on :/ yea its an old laptop with toooons of things in it and my mom wont let me to "reinstall" the whole comp cus she got so much work on there... :P

  • @chrille92lind LOL..why do I know that Problem? :D

Thing is, if your Mom is anything like my Dad this is a tough one, I installed him a secound Windows on a shared Laptop so he would have his own System, but sometimes that goes wrong and the old Windows is no more accessible, so I wouldnt recommend it. Can you do me a favor? Install a Screen recorder on your PC and record what happens as you configure it. You can uploaded it unlisted and then send me the link. Maybe I can help solve it.

  • @maximumrisk2004 hmm i think my laptop would just crash.. :/ i can try to "reinstall" the whole computer.. and that will be hard.. she will kill me if i do it without she knows and she wants to put everything on an USB by herself and that will take years... :P but if i get her 2 do that i can send a vid 2 u ! man thanks for being so helpfull!

  • @chrille92lind You can tell your Mom that a 25 Minute Startup is not even near normal. At least you can tell her that the Laptop would be much faster again after reinstalling it. That should win her over if she really uses it.

Just do the Screenrecorder before, as said, maybe I can help without putting you through all that trouble. I dont know how often you reinstalled a system from scratch before.

  • @chrille92lind OMG, I am stupid. The DNS adress you got there is wrong. The DNS Server adress are 2 IPs consistent only of numbers.

  • maan everything workt perfectly but then....... when i was trying to type in my standwaygate i couldnt type anything =(

  • how can i use it to play online for PS3

  • @Bltranj2 Its about the same, just that you have to find those Network Configurations on the PS3.

  • this can work for xbox live??? and also what did you write for the network name (ssid)?

  • @youngjdaking There should be no problem with Xbox Live. You can name the Network whatever you want.

  • i love the way you talk its so cute

  • @flushproductions45 Thanks :)

  • Damm Nasty XD

  • Connectify.me would have been the better choice

  • @daphillyfan35 Do They Have That For Vista?

  • @derris3000 To make the answer Quick. Yes! Also I have had it. I finally got Windows 7 and I am going to redo my Tutorial for it. Still there wont be much new, just for some the explination how to do this when it looks different then XP.

  • is that available for ethernet cable?

  • @mourtadix Depends, you can share the internet the same way over the ethernet cable as over wifi, just that you dont need to make a ad-hoc network(wifi only), but you will need a socalled Crossover cable. A Crossover cable is just as a normal ethernet cable, but its made to be connected directly between 2 computers without any router in the middle. the configurations are the same though as in the video. Just use your head and you can make it.

  • @maximumrisk2004 and between a computer and a ps3 ?

thanks a lot by the way

  • @mourtadix As I know the PS3 has a ethernet port. So you can connect your Computer through a crossover cable to the PS3. You probably have to make the same configurations I did for Comp2 on the PS3(Entering IP, Subnetmask, Gateway and DNS Servers manually) I have the configurations again in the infobar under the video.

  • @maximumrisk2004 THank you very much!

  • You can believe it i delete them!!!!!! how you weave words together is priceless but you get the last laugh because i have a cabel modem and a router made in 96. I am trying to share the network on my computer so i can also play online with my ps3 and im to stupid to accomplish this. One day i will take the easy way out and just download a easy wifi radar kit to my ps3 and hijack wifi signals around me.

  • @102611ful I can feel for you. Really, just look in the computer stores around you. You are bound to find a cheap usb wifi and thats all you need. No reason to get suicidal or hack your neighbours wifi.

  • you see germans feel scared to say there germans i wonder why ww2 is over dude hitler's dead and i dont have a wifi card to do any of this so you might as well put my ps3 in a death camp.

  • @102611ful Dude, I am from Austria and so is Hitler. Get your facts straight and a Wifi usb adapter isnt so expensiv and still cheaper then a router.

  • hey, I've set up an ad-hoc and it works for our iPod touch and secondary laptop. Our wii will pick up the name of the wireless network I created, but it won't connect. Is this possible for the wii or no?

  • @luvszoe It doesnt work for the Nintendo DS, so I fear it wont work for the Wii. I heard its possible to make it work by switching the Wireless card to Master. Though only a few cards let you do that and even less that actually work afterwards.Sorry

  • @maximumrisk2004 thank you for replying...you're the only person so far who has replied to a question I posted on their video!

  • das furhur!! dazz gubenhiemer alzz glieben reichtenspantzle!!

  • @kmofoshomyho ROFL, I know its supposed to be German, but I dont understand it at all.

  • @maximumrisk2004 german gibberish lol

  • If someone manages to connect their PSP PS3 or something like that let me know. I get a lot of messages from People saying that they dont seem to get it right for those things. I once used a PSP with such a Network, but I dont own one anymore so I cant make a video.

  • Hey maximumrisk2004!!Thanks a lot for the vid man. It worked perfectly. I tried looking this up at google. But none gave enough info to actually connect successfully. Your vid did. Thanks!

  • @icando89 Happy that it works for at least some. I guess I gonna have to make a new one for Windows 7.

  • I dont have that thing at 4:40.

  • @muluukkunen at 4:40 I select the Card through which my Computer is connected to the Internet. For some its a Cable aka "Ethernet Connection" and for others a "Wireless connection. Dont forget that you can only have one Network per card. Means, if you use Wireless to connect to the Internet, you cant use the same wireless connection to share the Internet with a Laptop.

  • R u f*#@ing kidding me. Next time don't wast my time with a motionless and informationless video for the first few minuets. I know it was probably less than a few minuets but still, seconds looking at a motionless video on YouTube is excritiating and pisses one off, to no end.

  • @dmfoster77 This video is for People that were not born with a Laptop in their hands. Some things might be new to them. Its not my fault if this vid has nothing new for you, then again...why where you even watching if you know it all?

  • Your voice sound like Sasha Baron "Bruno" Cohen...hehehe...funny... Anyway, good tutorial dude. It Helps a lot. Cheers!

  • CORRECTION: 192.168.0.1 is usually the main part on a network. It is where the network is configured. That isn't a coputer that is first in the network. You're wrong. Get your facts straight.

  • how can i connect my ps3 i do everything that you say but nothing works

  • hi man, im trying to connect my laptop to my ps3 and im useing a dongle/usb stick internet connection.now i succeded b4 but it took me a long time to figure it out and just two days ago i had to buy a new laptop so i am back to the start again, can you help me, have you msn?

  • i need help connecting my ps3

  • Check the 2nd part of my video or give me more info.

  • Did it work now for you? Havent heard something from you guys.

  • I made a 2nd Part to show you guys on how to fix this. It has to work!

  • i also try this but psp can't find this network.....

    pls do something.

    i had psp-3002 5.03gen-b

and acer aspire one150-Bb with a built in atheros AR5007EG wireless adapter 801.1b/g...

by the way i am from bangladesh and there are no cheap router its so expensive.

    make tutorial video for psp.

  • @Tafsbd PSP Uses 802.11b only.

  • yes,i use this config on psp but my psp can't find this network.pls try this config on your psp yourself.

  • The problem with ad-hoc is that the network doesnt exist when the main comuter isnt waiting for connections. make sure that the main computer shows "Disconnect" when you select the network that you made. If not press Connect.

  • It dosn't work on psp.whats the pr0blem.

    please sugg.. me

  • You have to give me more info than that in order to help you.

Where is it failing? Can the Psp connect?

In the end I gave you all you need. You need to configure the PSP exactly like you would a guest computer.

Meaning: Give the PSP the IP 192.168.0.2

-set the subnet to the same as the main Computer

    -set the gateway to 192.168.0.1

-and set the DNS server as you find him on your main Computer

This should do it unless you did something wrong in the first part on the main Computer.
