@MegaLocoxx The Zombrex subdues the zombification.. so yes, until a complete cure is found, they have to use Zombrex for the rest of their lives.

@MegaLocoxx Yeah Isabela is the girl from DR1, but no she didn't make an absolute cure. She made Zombrex. It's hard to tell if they'll ever find a complete cure, because currently the big motto of Zombrex right now is "Prevention is always better than cure" because apparently the cure is a shotgun blow to the face XD
