One question ! Please answer ;) The width and height for website (+wordpress) what it should be ? anything you want or are there any rules what size it needs to be ?
@GamesForLifes999 I do like that . First photshop then i add photos and so on and in the end I add text. But I have problems converting it . Photoshop to HTMLCSS because I don't know what codes to use
@GamesForLifes999 Do whatever works for you. I like to add the text, that way I know what content the website will have, then I can customize the design around the content.
There are no guidelines to design, so do whatever makes the process easier for you.
For the non-Mac crowd, you can also pull up the Info window (from the Window menu tab in PS) and use a marquee tool. You might have to switch units from inches/whatever to pixels/points. As you are marquee'ing, the size of your box will show up in the Info window
you keep saying pixels, but they're NOT pixels. They're points. Your fonts will now all be completely different sizes since you didn't carry over the correct unit.

@GamesForLifes999 There used to be width / height guidelines, but because most people have larger monitors, there really aren't any restrictions.
I normally try to stay within 1000px wide.

@GamesForLifes999 Try to make your designs based on the 960 grid.

@EmberflyLayouts Very true. I recently changed my units of measurement from PX to PT and totally forgot about it. Thanks for pointing that out.
