I have a flexy top-mounted S9 board, and I love the flex or cruising, but my friend is letting me borrow his drop through downhill board (no flex). Alright, I took your guys advice, and my Dervish showed up today (along with some Randall 180s). It's sooooo sweet! I love the way that the drop-though makes it way easier to push and slide, I was actually throwing out consistent speed-checks, both heelside and toeside. Plus, the flex makes it a blast just for cruising around. All I'm waiting now are my Venom bushings, and my dream board will be complete. (that will be Dervish deck, Randall 180s, Retro Freeride Lemons, and Venom 81a bushings) :)

yes they are softer grippier and faster. Sliding rounds off your wheels so they slide easier in the future.

not at all, he might be able to do more crazy flip tricks, but he doesnt combine tricks. being able to combine tricks in a line and have them look smooth is just as hard if not harder than just being able to do a trick. this kid still has mad skill though.
