Get the .sf2 file and paste it into the Mario Paint folder. Then remove the soundset3.sf2 file from the folder and rename the new one to soundset3. Then try making the song again.

@CutelittleMouseygirl I found a midi of the song and ran it through the Synthesia Midi Player, allowing me to see the notes and their durations. I then wrote them down/memorized them and put them into MPC, using similar instruments to the ones that cover each part in the song. Thanks, by the way! :D
