This game is mediocre and boring. Chojin Sentai Jetman on the Famicom was a FAR superior game and there was an option where you get to play at Very Hard difficulty to make it more fun.
People are hard on the Famicom/NES but they seem to forget that it's no PS3, 360, or Wii, and came out almost 30 years ago in the early 80's. It doesn't have the processing power the new systems have and because of that, some theatrics have to be dulled depending on the file size of the game. The longer of more complex the game, the less you can expect in theatrics. It has to do with memory limitations on the NES and game cartridges themselves.
What does that have to do with this? This game is still mediocre to poor even by NES standards, and this is a 1992 game. There are plenty of NES/Famicom games that are way more fun than this game, including its predecessor, Chojin Sentai Jetman.
What it has to do with this is that this game had a lot more programmed into it than Jetman did and was from what I gather, longer, so due to RAM limitations on the cartridge, it had to deal with having less special effects. Just because Jetman was before it doesn't mean its successor will be better.

This was one of the pirated carts I had back in ~1998. (With a Famiclone, of course!) And it was so easy... and yeah, I agree, the Jetman game is a lot better.
Graphics: 4/5 (Pretty good, but the best part is during the Game Over screen. It looks like it's something ahead of it's time.)
Music: 3/5 (Okay, but could've done better, though I love the Game Over music.)
Controls: 4.5/5 (Good, but there are flaws like the part where you're using Dan (Tricera Ranger and fighting Totbat using the Tricera Lance in Level 3. It doesn't work properly and I can only win using hi regular gun.)
Gameplay: 1.5/5 (Short and boring. That's all I gotta say.)
All that's required in a game review is to talk about it honestly, especially in a first review. That would've been great. Little cracks jokes and even swearing should make its way in naturally as a person gets more comfortable as a reviewer. This sounded like a nervous person in front of a camera trying to sound like a funny witty reviewer (like pretending). It didn't turn out well for me IMHO.
I know. But a first timer should not pretend to be a pro on his first time. When you go all out like that, you leave yourself open to a lot of criticism. In my case, I'm now trying to be constructive about it. It doesn't mean you're a bad reviewer now, it just means you did something that didn't make your review appealing to me back then.
I do realize that you are trying to convey how bad the game is, but in reality, swearing as much as you are, it makes it seem childish. I realize that this is an older review, and though you may have done others, it has completely made me want to stray away from others. However, I will comment on your nice use of the video. It demonstrates what you want to say. I would work wholly on your script. Oh, and one final thing, it is pronounced "joo-rangah."
Trust me. My newer reviews are nothing like my older ones. I would recommend starting off with my review of Transformers: Convoy no Nazo. That will make you laugh your ass off.

while I agree that Jetman was a better game in all honesty Zyuranger wasn't a sequel because they are two different games with different characters. To be a sequel the game would need to keep the characters the same and advance the overall plot somehow. Zyuranger is a game all it's own crappy as it was.

In my humble oipinion you should delete this video and reveiw it again to end the argument.
And just if you are wandering I do think it sucks bucause of your short vocabulary and clichet phrases overused again and again,you could sum this whole review in: 'cool' 'fukin' 'nice' 'yeah'.

This was one of the pirated carts I had back in ~1998. (With a Famiclone, of course!) And it was so easy... and yeah, I agree, the Jetman game is a lot better.

Graphics: 4/5 (Pretty good, but the best part is during the Game Over screen. It looks like it's something ahead of it's time.)
Music: 3/5 (Okay, but could've done better, though I love the Game Over music.)
Controls: 4.5/5 (Good, but there are flaws like the part where you're using Dan (Tricera Ranger and fighting Totbat using the Tricera Lance in Level 3. It doesn't work properly and I can only win using hi regular gun.)
Gameplay: 1.5/5 (Short and boring. That's all I gotta say.)

All that's required in a game review is to talk about it honestly, especially in a first review. That would've been great. Little cracks jokes and even swearing should make its way in naturally as a person gets more comfortable as a reviewer. This sounded like a nervous person in front of a camera trying to sound like a funny witty reviewer (like pretending). It didn't turn out well for me IMHO.

I know. But a first timer should not pretend to be a pro on his first time. When you go all out like that, you leave yourself open to a lot of criticism. In my case, I'm now trying to be constructive about it. It doesn't mean you're a bad reviewer now, it just means you did something that didn't make your review appealing to me back then.

I do realize that you are trying to convey how bad the game is, but in reality, swearing as much as you are, it makes it seem childish. I realize that this is an older review, and though you may have done others, it has completely made me want to stray away from others. However, I will comment on your nice use of the video. It demonstrates what you want to say. I would work wholly on your script. Oh, and one final thing, it is pronounced "joo-rangah."

I had both games buyed the cartidge of Jetman cause it said POWER RANGERS I was damm pissed off cause I was so into Power Rangers at 8 y.o and there was no Power Rangers in it.So when I buyed these cartidge I enjoyed playin it big time even at 14 years old in 2001.Back at 1995/96 with time I got to like Jetman but eventually ceased functioning snif
