@basshunter123ish as you obviously spend most of your day on youtube you should know that go karts are 40mph for "stag do's" aka procarts and then go up in class search for example rotax and have a view of direct drive karts, then spend some time searching for shifter carts and if you really want proof of fast karts have a look at super karts...

the best advice i can give you is when your accelerating or using the throttle keep your foot off the brake pedal as you can accidently rest on it and apply braking when trying to accelerate. and dont brake when cornering, brake before you corner. and just try your hardest!

See when you race at high speeds any thing is a danger. Look at the le man series. They race in circuit de sarthe. A high speed track. Formula cars that go at high speeds end up being dangerous. Why? because at a high speed any little thing is dangerous. When you go fast and one of your tires starts to go on the grass, then that can make the car go crazy. Its best to stay on the road, and keep steady no matter what. You have to be careful and cautious Racing at High speeds are no joke.
