Get a microphone to use as tv speakers and then a separate recording thing to record your voice.

@ChaosControlFreak96 Dont use the scar H- your mag will run out before you know it- the ACR has unbeatable accuracy but it takes lots of bullets to kill- the TAR 21 packs heavy damage and also althoughs stats say it isnt accurate, it is very accurate- use TAR 21 on Free for all espcially- its great- (G18 akimbo too) :P
