like this is good but if you go "low tech" and use bags as goal posts then every time u shoot you have to run another 20 m after the ball. As much as i wouldl ike to do this, i think i would look like a bit of a mug just practising in a public field.

Same, making it hard to do step overs as it bumps up and down and gets trapped in ur legs. But mine isnt perfectly smooth, its perfectly rough??

I start my training in summer where i have holidays for 6 weeks and then going into the new season with full power :->
