I love Greek mythology for it is so close to human nature, the ways of the world and fate itself, that it could almost be the same: Here Troy is ruined, its men killed and its women dragged away into slavery, many Greek warriors died to achieve this, but the guilty Helena still asks punishment as Aphrodite changes the heart of Menelaus and he takes her to his mercy again and she returns to Sparta as Queen and mother of Hermione. If there would be Gods like this I would become pious immediately.
