Should educate people about politics more, I'm 16 about to do my GCSEs and I don't remember ever learning anything about politics in school. Everyones opinions come from the media, which is stupid as the media is biased - BBC, Mirror, Guardian to the left, most other newspapers to the right.

Should introduce a non-biased class in school teaching about how the system vaguely works to raise awareness in politics :).

I find politics great though :)

We're taught our rights and responsibilites in school, but that's it. I can't honestly say that I would have 100% confidence in voting for any British political party atm. The big three - well two, sort of - are the ones with the experience in governing, and the only ones taken seriously by the majority of the voting population, but when people are after change...well, it all gets a bit difficult. They should make a watered-down government and politics as level compulsory post-16.

@jamie141999 So if I don't vote I don't deserve an opinion on anything politically related? That is a naive view. Some people who vote aren't indifferent, they're just fed up and disillusioned with politicians like me. My way of showing it is by not voting for them and exploiting my trust.
