It is in fact, Kharaharapriya. An example of a song in this raga is "Chakkani Rajamargamu". Shanmukhapriya has a different madhyamam (pratimadhyamam) and a different dhaivatam. An example of a song in Shanmukhapriya is "Vilayada Idhu Nerama". Listen to these songs and compare the music yourself.
