Theyre good, but so stiff.. Not enough soul behind it... And I didnt like the fact that there was only one soloist (Even though she was amazing).. My choir did this, and we didn't sing as good but there was so much soul behind it we had everyone in the audience on their feet clapping to the beat. Good choir though, very skilled group.

@benran1986 We sang it in four parts. You can hear the bass/tenor parts sometimes (especially in the repeated section at the end) and you hear the alto part pretty much the entire time...

The soloist is awesome! When I conducted this back a few years ago I took the tempo up just a skoshe but not so fast as some of the other vids here. IMO if you go too fast you wind up skimming over it without ever sinking into the triples. My choir loved singing this and it looks like yours did too. It was a great concert closer.

I loved the performance and the soloist was excellent. One odd thing struck me.... where's the ethnic diversity. One Asian man, possibly one young black female, and no hispanics. Where is this church located? Plus they're all wearing formal evening wear. High maintenance choir costumes.

Amazing! My choir did this song, and where as I have a natural bias for our group, this is by far the second best version I have ever heard.

Just watching through the first few seconds... The sound is great, but the difference between a performance and an music clip (In my eyes.) are the actual performers on stage. Some of them looked okay, but everyone needs to show expression!

Have fun with the song! If some people do one thing and the rest don't do it, then the audience would get mixed opinions about the choir itself. And, this song is a really fun song, so show your enjoyment with expression in your body and face! =D
