  • I've been studying this..Christians , We are in The Apostasy Age..This is nothing more than Apostasy.Yoking the Profain Paganism to The Temple of The Holy Spirit. This is a Great Deception.Tattooing is Offering Your Body To BAAL.You invite demons by the Ritual of the cutting and marking the skin. This is a Pagan satanic Ritual.Make No Mistake.this is Evil. This shows you how far The Laodacian Church is in Deception and Rebellion against Gods Will.Repent ,turn away, from evil and sancitfy yourselves.

  • Book written By Elizabeth Das."I did it His Way"

  • if I had to telate to everyone I witnessed to then I would incurr so much sin I'd be lost right now. This reasoning is ridicolous in my opinion. Dont get me wrong, im not perfect, but i dont see the need to participate in others sins to witness to them..........

  • This plain ridiculous. Why does he need tatoos to give him the courage to witness to people he would not other wise witness to without them? He's trusting his tatoos instead of the power of the Holy Spirit. I dont think its christian or scriptural any of what he's doing.

  • @uly5i5 He isnt and does not likely know the Risen Lord otherwise he would not have done it. The scriptures both mosiac covenant and eternal are plain. it is a work of flesh and rebellion and identifying with the world. the Lord called His people unto Holiness(separation from sin and world). that is not religious(as traditions of men are extra biblical). The Lord requires are conversation to be of Him not what we think of Him or what caters to the flesh.

  • He's showing people that don't know Christ through his tattoos! He is bringing people to the Lord!

  • @mickus101 Are there not better ways?

  • @llewellleo

    There's other way... I wouldn't say better.

  • @mickus101 Yes, I believe there are without lowering ones standards. Although I really appreciate what the pastor is trying to do I feel the gospel is about lifting people from a worldly state. I really am concerned when I see men defiling their temples be it by consuming alcohol, drugs, piercings, tattoos and excessive cosmetic surgeries, all these are worldly practices. I hope men will pray more often so that their minds may become clearer on these matters. For the Pastor, I wish him well.

  • @llewellleo

Yeah I do believe what you are saying, however I do think it is an awesome way to reach that kind of group of people that loves tattoos and piercings and that kind of thing. Too be able to relate to the people you are sharing with is such an amazing thing i believe and (I may be wrong) but I believe there is nothing in the bible saying that tattoos are wrong.

  • @llewellleo Yeah. Do what the Lord Jesus Christ said in the great commission and supporting doctrine from the epistles and old testament books. simple. requires the flesh to die. that is the problem. people still want their cake(desires) even through it is poisoned(sin. deceit.).

  • @mickus101 He could just do it with the works of the Holy Spirit and ministry of the Word as commanded in the Great commission(mat. 28:18-20. mrk 16:15-20) and not relying on things of the world which the Lord did not say to do. The Lord does not need the things of this earth. His power, the drawing of His Spirit, the conversation of His people(mat.5:) and piercing Word(heg. 4:12. ) brings souls to the cross not acts of rebelloin and self gratification.

  • @mickus101 i typed too fast. matthew 5:13-16(read epistles). hebrews 4:12(psalms). Jesus and His disciples preached with the miracles of the Holy Spirit following after being empowered from God(gospels. acts in rom. 1 2 cor. 1 2 thess 2 pet 1). problem is many christians do not live by the Word or the leading of the Holy Spirit nor realize the power they have been given according to the covenant sealed in Jesus' blood for those who believe(john 1:12).

  • @mickus101 He said what to do plainly. The Great commission(matt. 28 and mrk 16) holiness unto Him(1 pet. 1:15-16. 2 pet. 3:11). The Lord does not need your worldly idenification. He wants willing submitted vessels which many in the american church are not due to such as examples as this.

  • @chitownmo and these pastors?who engage and promote this are in Total Rebellion. This will be judged more harsh than and regular believer who doesn't teach.Pray for them..

  • @AndGodCreatedWomanV Yes we do need to pray for them. revelation is needed to draw them to repentance. the action needs to be rebuked openly though as the apostles and disciples did. cant let sin and ungodlines go un checked.

  • this church sucks all these people are evil and devil worshipers lamb of god is the best band in the world this church is judgmental place don't go to this church there a bunch fuckers

  • Comment removed

  • THIS IS THE WORK OF THE DEVIL HIMSELF DO NOT GO TO DBC they got better places to go then this chruch they use people

  • If the Body is a temple, should it be scribbled upon? I doubt this is the work of the Lord.

  • @llewellleo have you open up your own church and gotten many followers of the faith together lately ? I dont think so, so Silence

  • That MINISTER he talkes about is PASTOR ROD PARSLEY!! :D Amen! Thats my pastor! BORN 2 RAZE HELL!!!

  • Sales promotions!! that's all it is!!

  • i have a jesus on my leg... and its hekping me to do my job.

  • AWESOME GUY!!!!! so stoked to see a man of God on Miami Ink!!!!

  • I believe tattoos are perfectly okay as long as its nothing satanic or anything of that nature.

  • yeah!

Esa es una buena forma de demostrar que uno es uno mismo en Jesús y no hay que ser parte de experimentos para alcanzar a los pecadores, semos nosotros mismos...amemos a Jesús!

  • @kohelethster

YA NO VIVO YO SI NO QUE VIVE CRISTO EN MI ... !

Estudia esa palabra bro ! Dios te Bendiga

  • Check out Rev. 19. Jesus is coming back with a tattoo. King of Kings and Lord of Lords written on His thigh!!!

  • a tattooed, pierced paster...would certainly engage me in church again

  • @flashbak2theyayo thats sad...

  • I think that God cares about what we look like on the outside as well or else paul wouldn't have said not to do something that may make your brother stumble, or don't be a stumbling block, But i get where you are coming from definately.

  • In response to thealbinogorillaz so let me try to understand you, you are saying we get to pick and choose our sins and it is ok ? and if we decide to commit adulttry it is ok as long we are a good person on the inside

  • I know im probably going to get a lot of backlash for this but if i dont ill be glad. This guy is really cool and inpsirational dont get me wrong, but i persoanlly think joel osteen is far better, but as i said thats my personal opinion i know yours may be much different

  • Coolest pastor ever

  • PS;

Cleetus is a really compassionate person.

If you ever do meet him, he doesn't just look away as soon as you say hi, looking for another person to talk to, he actually spends time with you.

And he loves Jesus, which is more awesome then awesome.

  • Yeah, if you also look in the bible, it says a lot of things that people don't do these days, including, leaving the city once a girl has her period for some odd days.

So please, let me know how that goes.

Tattoos are a "Sin" only if they are of something meaningless, like a skull and cross bone.

  • clearly he is not up to date on his bible. I'm not judging this guy,but how can pastor go against what bible says.old or new testament bible says not to mark or print. Bible says have no idols. This guy makes himself and idol because he brings attention to himself and making people stare in awe of his body . Lets get tattoo so we can get talking about GOD. GOD is the reason,if he loves GOD so much he knows any other thing but GOD doesn't matter. People need to read, and not disregard old testament

  • Jesus Christ didn't come to enforce the law but rather to set us free from it. The tattoos draw youre attention away because you are judging him on cultural stereotypes. I bet the people who have come to know Jesus because of this cat's witness don't pay any attention to his ink anymore because his life is modeled after our King. I love you brother and if you disagree write back man. God Bless!

  • I agree that jesus came not to condemn the world, and i don't think jesus hates people for getting them. That goes for anything, we all for short. I still don't think the tattoos are right. Would it be ok for me to have sex with animals? I know God loves me if i do, but it says not too. People say it's not clear on what exactly is right and wrong. I feel its always better to walk the side of caution. I'm not judging, but he heard God tell him start a church, he didn't mention the tattoo part.

  • In the end its all Gods call. I hope we can keep this civil. I get more people arguing over God and the bible more than anything. It's my opinion and thats what i get from the bible when i read it. God bless.

  • good point brought out, but Jesu sdidn't set us completely free i don't think from the law. Remember what Jesus said in Matthew 5:17-20? Deon't get me wrong, i have tattoos as well, and think for the most part they are ok for christians to get, but looking at the implications of a tattoo is important, and i do hope that through them Jesus draws others to himself. God Bless.

  • Leviticus 19:28 Romans 12:2 .If you love Jesus obey Him

  • In that case.

there is lots to change in your life.

  • Just to refresh everyones minds, God is the ultimate Judge, so should we really be throwing out all these judgements of Cleetus and eachother on here? Who cares how he goes about his business, let him be who he is and hold off on the accusations among each other and let the Lord be the Judge.

  • The problem with this is the message he is conveying. He is basically saying (by what he does) is we can look worldly, carnal, and defile our temple (body) and and its ok, because were doing it for Christ sake. Just because a person claims to be a pastor, or says they believe in Christ dont mean its true, those who really believe in Christ will do Gods will, and his will is our sanctification. And that we abstain from all appearance of evil 1 Thesalonians.4.7-8; 5.22

  • hi this is charlies kid skylar!

  • Yo im a member of DBC in Hurst,Texas and Pastor Cletus is such an awsome person and im proud to worship the lord with him and the people that attend his church and proud to hear his word he has for us every sonday at 2pm and tuesday night at 7pm so all those bashing him well just pray for all you lost souls and hope that god shows you the way and if it wazn't for pastor cletus and his church i wouldn't have known about the lord like i do now so Cletus YOUR AWSOME MAN AND I LOVE IT AT DBC!!!!!!!!

  • OMG, i understand now, sorry guys, yep i watch this video again and again and again i understand now. sorry again hahaha

  • like a pastor, why he writes that 'born to raise hell'? sorry i'm from brazil maybe i'm wrong about this .

  • born to raze what? i dont see

  • born to raze hell

  • what episode and season is this?

  • There's a lot of hostility in these comments. Is anyone else watching this vid purely due to an interest in the art of tattooing? What's with all this religious banter? Surely the important thing is to treat everyone with respect, not to argue about how people choose to decorate their bodies. Chill out y'all.

  • I visited the church, and I liked it, and I liked the people, but Pastor Cleetus came off rude, and he seem to talk about nothing most of the time. I was disappointed. The people seemed nice though. I was expecting cooler music too. It was like a lot of church music.

  • if this is how you feel, then either you weren't listening or you don't have Jesus in your heart. when pastor cleetus speaks, the words are coming from the Lord and He never has "nothing" to say! i will pray for you.

  • This is the sort of "holier than thou" attitude that turns people off of Christianity.. so, I will pray for you.

Pastor Cleetus is a man, not perfect, he is a man. God inspired or not, he will and can make mistakes, so I'd stop worshiping the Pastor, and focus on Jesus.

  • what, you don't want us to think all christians have a 'holier than thou' attitude.... so you're going to pray For us? what, our prayers aren't good enough?

  • "It was like a lot of church music. "

    It's church...donno what you were expecting =P

  • I expected the music to have more of an edge or something. It sounded like plain routine stuff. The guys in the band looked like they'd play cool music.

And btw.. Pastor Cleetus says it isn't a Church, so, I guess I wasn't expecting it to be Church, though it was.. hehe

  • come again please!!! i beg of you!!!

    -andy outcast

  • I've personally been to this pastor's church in Hurst before.

And I can assure you I experienced more of God's love and presence there

than other churches I've been to with people all tidied up and dignified.

God's call on pastor Cleetus' life may be unorthodox but that doesn't mean you should bash it just cuz it doesn't fit you.

  • sweet tattoo, colours were great

  • wow there is alot of hatemail on here bro! crazy! i think it's crazy hoe nobody read versus 26 or 27 in lev. nor do they understand what verse 28 is really about.

  • stop going against him and quoting the bible to make him look bad he worships the lord and by beign a pastor he's doing more for the lord than most of us ever will because he follows the bible more than some of us so, shut up!

  • It isn't a popularity club? Are you fucking kidding me?

  • I have met Jesus Christ. He doesn't have much to say about my ink - because nothing can seperate me from Him. read the book, dude.

  • @hpzmothra1 :)

  • @hpzmothra1 One thing is to have tatted yourself before coming to Christ, but now that you know him (that is if you know him) why would you want to do this, unless there still is some worldliness in you?

  • @jeyjojeoe It's More than Worldiness,It's out and Out Rebellion against God liken Unto Witchcraft. This is The Witchcraft in The Church. These people need prayer to come out of this great Deception. If You entertain demons and offer your body as an altar to pagaism, you will reap accordingly..From Such Turn Away..I'm Grieved..Holy Spirit is Grieved,

  • all have you in my prayer's Cleetus... you really need it!

  • Austin 3.16 says i just kicked your ass

  • Ezekiel 44:23

And they shall teach my people the difference between the holy and profane, and cause them to discern between the unclean and the clean.

  • 1 Timothy 4:1

    Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the later times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;

    Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

    Matthew 7:15

Beware of false prophets, which come to you in sheep's clothing, but inwardly are ravening wolves. Ye shall know them by their fruits.

  • Besides all of the shiny rhetoric and New Age propaganda, such as misinterpreting the "judge not" teaching of Jesus, this is gimmick preaching. How can you tell? Because if you took away the gimmicks, NOBODY would care what he had to say! Case closed.

  • I believe a true church where Jesus is ministering would have all types. not just ex punks. The Lord cuts through everything and then there is one thing in common. Salvation. But to say God is leading you to get tattoos as a witnessing tool? He never got a tattoo until he became a Christian? I'm not saying God can't use these people to lead some to Christ but it's important to allow yourself to become well rounded in the Lord and not promote unbiblical things.

  • There are few things more depressing than gimmick preachers.

  • There is a difference between gimmick preachers and for real preachers. A lot of the evangelical dudes outside baseball games and in perfect white suites on TV that I have met are the gimmick guys, but not all. Maybe you should get a "Do not judge others" tattoo.

  • wtf, be urself, dont do what a controled book says

  • keep reaching more souls for the Lord pastor

  • why is there so much bashing on here? if you're a christian just walk in love, drop yourself and walk in love

  • "Do not cut your bodies for the dead or put tattoo marks on yourselves. I am the LORD."

    - Leviticus 19:28

  • yep, that's what the bible says. Out of curiosity have you every studied the meaning behind it? You can't take everything at face value, you need to look at the time it was written and that is where you will find the true meaning behind the verse.

  • In this passage God is speaking to Israel, telling them to stay far from the religious practices of the surrounding people groups. The prohibited religious practices in these verses include eating bloody meat, fortune telling, certain hair cuts related to the priests of false cults, cutting or marking the body for dead relatives, and cultic prostitution. It is important to note that the context of this passage is not about body décor but marking in connection with cultic worship.

  • Jesus said in Mark 7:15

"There is nothing outside the man which, going into him, is able to make him unclean: but the things which come out of the man are those which make the man unclean."

Stop living under the Old Law and embrace the New Law under Jesus Christ, in which there is no condemnation. It's about the condition of your heart.

  • I would say by reading the Law that getting tattoos isn't something God condones Leviticus 19:28 kjv. Someone may say, "We don't follow the law anymore" which would raise a huge debate but quite simply, why should we disobey the law? Why mark ourselves with Tattoos. God didn't bring us into the world with them. Is it a way to show your "godliness" by having scriptures tattooed to our bodies? God doesnt teach this doctrine. And it causes strife. Answer, dont get tats once you become a Christian.

  • I've been a Christian for 12 years, and on Saturday I'm getting my first tattoo. It says "Faith". It'll be a great tool for witnessing. I prayed about this for ages, and I have no spiritual objections. My body is a Temple and I'm just redecorating. :) It's up to the spiritual discernment of the individual. I'm not saying Christians should or shouldn't, I'm saying it's wrong to throw around Levitical laws, especially when you don't follow them yourself.

  • I do follow them myself. I haven't got a tattoo. I dont eat blood, etc. What was Jesus talking about saying not one jot or tittle of the law shall fail until all be fulfilled. I would say Christ gives us power to keep the law. the law is righteous. Even James says sin is the trangression of the law. and that the wages of sin is death. it's pretty sad if you need a tattoo to witness to someone.

  • So you do follow them? So, you don't eat shellfish, don't wear any fabrics made of mixed fibres, shave your beard, eat pork? Have you even READ Leviticus? Of course I don't need a tattoo to witness to someone, how dare you mock my faith. You are a hipocrite, as one of the Pharisees. Jesus healed people on the Sabbath, thus Himself breaking Levitical laws. Why do you think they crucified Him? You need to line your theology up with the New Testament.

  • No, the Pharisees accused Jesus of breaking the sabbath but Jesus stated He wasn't. He said it's OK to do good on the sabbath. Bad example there. How dare I question your faith? You just did the same and on top of it called me a pharisee and a hypocrite. I think you exposed yourself for what you are accusing me of. There's also a huge difference between inadvertently breaking the law and purposely breaking the law.

  • Oh, OK, so now you know the law you're going to stop cutting your hair and eating shellfish?

  • first of all, only Nazarites had the law of not cutting their hair. second of all Paul specifically stated that all food is ok to eat if it's accepted with thanksgiving. that doesnt make it healthy. the foods God banned in the law is notoriously unhealthy. it's better to stay away from shellfish and pork. it's true.

  • I'm not talking about what's healthier. This is a discussion about spiritual cleanliness, not personal preference. When Paul specifically stated that all food is ok to eat if it's accepted with thanksgiving, he broke Levitical law. We do not live by the Law of sin and death, but by Grace through Faith. I understand here that you're trying to help me, but the God I serve has OK'd this with me. I have peace in my heart, and according to the words of Christ Himself in Mark 7:15, this is ok.

  • well i can tell you have great intentions...but have you read versus 26 and 27? and if you actyually study verse 28 it's NOT about tattooing...it's about marking, burning, or cutting yourself for the dead or pegan gods....it's totally demonic.

  • OLDSPAM...He did go to Bible college...He is a pastor.

    P.S. Only God can judge.

  • umm this is for OLDSPAM .... the body is physical ... the ticket to heaven is accepting jesus period -- and next time you talk to GOD himself and he tells you what to like ... u ask him what he thinks about you ... and OH YEAH you're SO smart ... it's much more effective to spread christianity by pastoring people who already belive in GOD ... riiight .... we don't have to reach out to all kinds of ppl bc we are all children of GOD ppl like u shrink the body of Christ GET A CLUE eww

  • Thats a SICK!! Tattoo!!

i think Jesus would approve of the message that guy is preaching out.

  • AWSOME love this,

its not a sin to get a tattoo,

only one unforgiven sin is not finding jesus christ as your lord and savior,

  • If you really want to impress people maybe go to a Bible college so you won't mislead people. Yeah I think God would like that too.

  • only unforgivin sin is not finding jesus christ,

yes ur body is a temple but whats realy wrong with it, nothing,

jeremy camp, Great christian singer has on left arm and right arm half arm, t-bone christian rapper, tats all over, but god dont see that, he sees the person,

  • Having tatts is not a sin. Yes, your body is a temple. But, tell me, how many temples have you seen that aren't full of art?

  • that is a very good point,

also it not about the tattoos really it is about the purpose of your heart or the reason behind it.

  • Paul didn't go to bible college...

    o.O

  • 0.o 6'5" wow he's as tall as me!!!!! awesome.

  • Whats that star on the banner on the church at 1:54 called? I've seen it many times but I still don't know what it is.

  • it's a nautical star

  • tattoos were forbidden by jewish law. Alot of the laws were to protect against infections.also against worshipping idols

  • if you dont believe in god, why do you watch these videos?

  • ...oh and I'm passin' this around! L8!!

  • Cool!!!!!!

  • Tattoos are great and everything but it is so tragic to see a religious person confirm his delusion with tattoos like that. It probably only solidifies his delusion much more than before and makes him hold to it because going back on an idea once you get that idea scribed on you is quite a difficult thing.

  • I'm so sorry you see things that way. I hope you can find Christ sometime in your life and I'm going to pray for you buddy cause He is the only way to heaven.

  • No no no, I will pray for you. I will pray that that one day the Flying Spaghetti Monster will touch you with his noodly appendage so you may see him in the next life. He'll be sitting next to me at the stripper factory.

  • good deal man, but I hope you're not being sarcastic, because that would be just rude, like if I was trying to force you to become a Christian just because I am, that's also rude, so one of the two of you should step up and be the bigger man and just live and let live

  • I really don't care either way because really, if someone is gonna get offended by what someone says on the internet or even YouTube then that is their problem. But thanks for not invoking Jesus. Peace.

  • What is this about born again people shouldn't be overweight? What the hell is that about? God loves you whatever you look like, stupid!

  • if more pastors were like him we'd see more kids in church. he seems pretty cool.

  • Yeah defenitly. I use to visit this place once a year that has preaching, coffee, singing, conserts, pizza, hockey on really slippery floor and dance-dance-revolution all mixed together.

People nedd to realise that christianity can be fun :)

  • Little known Facts:

    1.pierced people pray

    2.tattooed people go to church

    3.christian doesn't mean narrow-minded

no condemnation here! christians are a community celebrating Christ's peace, justice, and love.

  • Amen. x

  • but people that are already saved shouldnt be still gettin tatted

  • I'm sick of that type of attitude. Tattoos are decoration and expression. I'm sure God is really pissed at Cletus for getting Jesus tattooed on his body permanently.

Furthermore, people that are saved shouldn't be overweight. No one ever says anything about that.

  • lmao but the topic was about the tat dough yea i get u though

  • I really wish there were churches like that around rhode island or near it al least. I haven't found a church that has accepted me yet. I'm planning to take a trip to visit Deliverance and I really can't wait. You are an amazing guy.

  • Hey! I'm from Massachusetts but I go to a church in East Greenwich, RI every Sunday night. You should totally check it out! It's called Christ Church and I think it's exactly what you're looking for. Just pray about it and see where God is leading you. Peace and grace...

    Josh

  • yo pastor cleetus.. im watching your bit on miami ink right now (on tv.. haha)

but yeah dude, that was a pretty sweet testimony you gave, im stoked to see that there are christians who do body mods, it's dope man

    -alvin

    calgary, canada

    God bless

  • Hey this is great, I'm glad he is able to reach those who need it I'm just mad his name is Cleetus . . . . be blessed

  • I think what he is doing is awsome, we need that, but why his name got to be Cleetus . . . .Be belssed!

  • to go see those websites, remove the <dot>s and replace them with real periods, and put the triple w in front of them

  • Matthew 7:1 - "Do not judge, or you too will be judged." I could keep going all day. Stop worrying about skin and worry about what is underneath -- the heart. Go watch this video if you are not convinced yet.

    dallasnews <dot> com/sharedcontent/dws/photography/2007/altchurch/

I hope you will all be more open with those who are not like you.

    -bud.

  • Cleetus reaches out to those kids who you all reject. Heaven is for everyone, yet you turn away from those who need it most. Cleetus cares for those who are trying to get over their past drug addictions and start a relationship with God. You judge him just like you judge everyone else. 1 Samuel 15:7 - "The Lord said to Samuel, 'Do not consider his appearance or height...The Lord does not look at the things man looks at. Man looks at the outward appearance, but the Lord looks at the heart.'"

  • Before all of you judge Pastor Cleetus, please take 10 minutes from your busy lives to read this. It will explain the historical implications of Leviticus 19. You will see that the 'rules' in Leviticus were purely contextual based on other pagan religions.

    sacredink <dot> net/tattoo_and_the_bible/

  • those who say that a real christian does not have tatoos needs to cheak themselves!! Jesus wants people to be saved and if Cleetus is doing that then that is what Jesus wants. Dont be like the people Jesus talked about when he talked about following the letter of the law instead of the heart! Cleetus is a man of God he is a real christian, and his heart is in the right place as far as i can see. God bless him and his church!!

  • What makes you a Christian, outward appearance, or the heart? The bible expresses that the hearts position is what matters. If there are two men, one has tattoos and is passionately ablaze for God, and the other has none but never bothers opening the Bible, which is right? God loves to see passionate hearts, even if that person happens to like tattoos. Amen Pastor Cleetus! Decorate your temple for God! You have more opportunities to minister to people that are overlooked. I know God blesses you

  • It's sad to see people that really think they are right with God claiming that God told them to do things, when in reality it's not him. This man does not know the true gospel, and the enemy is using him to confuse many people.

  • yeah um ok

  • It's sad to see people that think they are right with God but are not. This man does not know who God truly is, and as many tattooes of "Jesus" he puts on his body, it is in vain, for he has no clue what the true gospel is.

  • Actually you would be surprised to find out how many references are in the bible that favor tattooes if you take time to study it. Besides, you don't know this man or his heart or his relationship with God. That's the beauty of christianity, God's way of variety, diversity and individuality in you personal walk with Him. God Bless.

  • It really hurts to see christians rag on each other. This is actually my pastor at DBC in Hurst. I've gotten the chance to know him, he is a wonderful caring man, and in no way tries to confuse anyone.

You are supposed to love thy neighbor, not condemn him.

  • Exactly!!!!!

  • Actually, I'd like to know where the bible refs to tattoos and actually favours them. I know that it says no to tatts 'cause of witchcraft ties in the past, but that was in the old test.

  • The new test still says that we should keep out bodies pure and whole, yes, I admit. But with that in mind, in our generation, why is a tatt or a tongue piercing (for example) considered taboo while ear piercings are considered the norm? Fundamentally they're the same, only that we got used to the idea of ear piercings.

Anyone able to quote scripture in favour of tatts? I don't think anything like that is in the bible. But if you claim it; some evidence please!

  • Cleetus is amazing, I was at deliverance church, the best church in the world! Also the preaching parts are from Toronto Airport Christian Fellowship, big Canadian church that rocks too.

  • This guy is clearly drunk and high!

  • diggin th ink, the sleeves too.

got a nice oldschool look to them.

  • Beautiful. If his tattoos reaches out to people, I don't see why not. Anyway, to hell or not it isn't for us to judge. So, amen to this pastor!

  • Raze and raise are contradictory words. The piece is obviously designed to provoke thought, and it has, though you're all being miserably snooty about it. He made a beautiful commitment to his faith; it meant so much to him. Perhaps if you had as much faith you'd understand. Christian artwork is so prevalent in tattooing as people make beautiful commitments and statements about their faith that way. He's preaching the same message you profess to believe in, don't forget that.

  • your all going to hell

  • fhghug hgiuyhji uy98yhu h98yuy

  • clap clap clap, congradulations friends, for YET again...using the bible as a weapon against eachother.

that's EXACTLY what Jesus would do...

incase you didn't catch the extreme sarcasm, i was joking. This aired on halloween, and hundreds of people were saved by watching this. If peoples hearts are being turned to God by watching it, then why don't you just leave it alone! He is doing something right. If you think you know a better way, I beg you...go out and try it!!!

  • i heard Pastor Smith say that we should pray bout everything we do b4 we act on it. Most of the time we don't but thats on us for not being patient n waiting 4 GOD's answer! i honestly think its not bad 4 sum1 2 have tattoos cuz i knw a lot of ppl who have tattoos n they're sum of the most strongest christians i've met! so i leave u with this...let GOD judge not us cuz we r no different from Paster Cleetus...for him its tattoos n it could b sumthing else 4 us!

  • this was suppose to go b4 it....

i was reading all ur comments n i decide 2 comment on this! yes, the BIBLE does say not 2 practice the things of the world n 2 keep ur body holy cuz GOD is holy. but it also say that we aren't under the law nemore n that we can do all things IF ITS LAWFUL 2 us! most of what we think is, usually isn't!

  • this is gettin 2 weird

  • Honestly, This guy pushes the limit. He makes his tatoo say "Born to Raise hell". He know's it's going to provoke bad thoughts into people but he says "OOO the Z makes it means something totally different." It's like saying Nigga vs Nigger. There's no difference. He's doing something against Gods word to get attention to himself. There's other was to do this.

  • Amen! Can't recall at this second the passage how we are not to exalt ourselves. But "RAZE HELL", makes me think of this, 1Thess.5:21-22. "Prove all things;hold fast to that which is good. v.22"Abstain from ALL appearances of evil."
