The main 3 things this report doesnt tell people is that the shooter had filed a restraining order against this officer and the cop wasnt allowed to deal with him at the time. He was supposed to call in other officers to deal with him. 2. this whole event was over the shooters tags being expired, i believe it expired the day before. 3. the cop was only allowed to stay on duty if he took his medication to control his temper. The coroner never checked his blood to see if that was the case

There were 3 local cops in Franconia the other 2 had about 20 arrests for the previous year between them. This officer had over 100 arrests by himself. The coroner never took blood tests at the time to see if the officer had been taking his medication to control his temper. It is possible he had stopped taking his meds in the days before he caused his death.
I recommend saving this video and watching it over and over again after you've been fucked over by a cop or see a dirty cop getting off scott free for his dirty deeds.

Then you remove all the suspects safely and do another check to verify the car is actually clear of any other potential threats. And not all officers have the benefit of nearby back-up. Sometimes back-up is miles away. This officer apparently had a history with this kid and assumed the interaction would be like most of the others. That's where he went wrong!

The officer got off several shots that hit a barn that showed he had his gun out at the time of being shot. The crooked witness said he had just come from the store but didnt have the items he said he had purchased in his car. He was there as the cops back up.

@bigbuzz27 this cop new the driver had a gun, he had posted a notice in the Police office telling other officers that Liko now had a gun.
There were 3 local cops in Franconia the other 2 had about 20 arrests for the previous year between them. This officer had over 100 arrests by himself. The coroner never took blood tests at the time to see if the officer had been taking his medication to control his temper. It is possible he had stopped taking his meds in the days before he caused his death.

@timmiet47321 Ok let me correct myself here. when I said never approach until cleared I meant clear the vehicle from a distance and follow procedure by having the suspect show his/her hands and always have backup so someone can watch the vehicle while an officer approaches and clears the vehicle. my main point was he should have had backup before approaching the vehicle

@blazerlover25 You can't clear a car from a distance. There is only one way to clear a car and that is to be at the car. Then you remove all the suspects safely and do another check to verify the car is actually clear of any other potential threats. And not all officers have the benefit of nearby back-up. Sometimes back-up is miles away. This officer apparently had a history with this kid and assumed the interaction would be like most of the others. That's where he went wrong!

@timmiet47321 this cop had backup on the way but turned both of his radios off so they couldnt find him, when he went out of picture he was already reaching for his gun not knowing Kenney was pointing a a gun at him, Kenney got in first. The officer got off several shots that hit a barn that showed he had his gun out at the time of being shot. The crooked witness said he had just come from the store but didnt have the items he said he had purchased in his car. He was there as the cops back up.

@DreamBoulevard That's kind of odd that the officer would request back-up and then turn off his radios so they couldn't find him. How many radios does one cop have? And why is it necessary to find shots that hit a barn to prove that the officer had his weapon out? As the officer lay dead or motally wounded, I think it would be quite apparent if the officer's weapon was unholstered. The witness was story also sounds odd. I'd like to know the real story.

During the chase wich is not included in this video, but is floating around the suspect never showed a gun only the intention to flee from police by driving recklessly. I agree that the officer should have followed procedure.
