That Shanghaiese woman demonstrated the wrong way of eating soup dumpling. You should eat with a spoon catching the soup from dumpling. Look all that soup leak out, what the waste.

its funny im shanghainese i was raised in shanghai...nvr heard of soup dumplings despite the fact that i've been living in canada for the alst 10 yrs lol

last time i went bak...i had a meal of eating 28 of those small dumplings
