What I love most, is not that Audi makes these awesome commercials, but that BMW tried to insult Audi in their 'Joy' commercials and failed miserably lol.
All you guessed that the car is better, but none of you even think that all three carmakers could combine and create intelligent machines together and not just another insult. This is my idea as to insult each other using ad is pathetic. German cars are all equally good, so they should stick together. peace

I have an Audi A4 Avant from year 2006, and i can tell you is a very solid car! Here in Europe the most people who drives BMW are not european people, but foreigners or people from east europe.

BMW's actually have a lot of girl drivers as well. A BMW Z4? 60.31% are owned by women.
BMW's have innovated a lot but Audi does provide more new technology. Solar Sun Roof? Heated Steering Wheel? Power Assist Doors and Trunk? I haven't seen that in a BWW.
So I think Audi would be the First Class and BMW would be the Second Class in the scenario you just put. I'm not even sure what you really said at the end...

@IPGAuto To be honest It all depends on "This months brand" if more people buy bmw then it goes up in value but then all of a sudden they buy audis the price drops and vice versa. But either is good but I like the newer audis but older bmws. My E30 M3 with the E36 M3 engine is the best looking and performing car I have ever owned! Audi have and advantage here as they are part of the VAG group which means they can be seviced under warenty in VW, S.E.A.T and Skoda garages where BMWs cant

@0TheGreenArrow - Actually.. Audi is. Consumer Reports show it on the list or more like bottom of the list. Their cars are now starting to become a bit better but its still not a Mercedes or BMW. Mercedes GLK, E-Class, and S-Class are rated by Consumer Reports as a Best Buy and rated very reliable on their charts. The C-Class has a few nicks but that almost makes their entire line up reliable.. Audi is crap, just look at one of their books.

C segment- Benz E > BMW5 > Audi a6
D segment- S class is the lord, A8 is not bad, and 7 series is rubbish.
SUV- x5 >q7> ML
Sexy car: audi r8 > merc SLS>>>>>>may be bimmer does not have one yet.
High performance division: AMG> M>>>>RS.

@jhslee89 YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME!! REALLY???? Every living organism knows that the 3 series rules in that segment.. A4??? KILL me. The new CTS and TL is better than the A4. And A6 is better than the 5 series, statistically. Dude, do some reading. And Q7 is defly better. But I would take the MDX over that anyway..
