It's called "The Bull's Horns" and it's like the "rock on" hand, only you stick the thumb and pinkey straight up.

In any case, to be influenced by this "evil-eye" / "Good eye" stuff, there has to exist a degree of affinity between sender and receptor, otherwise it does NOT work.
