I think hes better than putrucci musically and tecknically. But Kiko and Vai and seem to have there own musical vision. I I cant really compare them. I do favor Kiko's muisic more because its more agressive, it has more metal elements than Vai, but there is still alot of feeling in his music. Thats what makes him so amazing. I rarley ever see metal played from the heart, this dude really plays from his soul.

Vai also plays from his soul, but the only metal elements I hear from him is the distortion. The progressive properties that metal has, I hear all that in Kiko. Along with Fusion (Metal Jazz), Blues metal, and the progressive sounds that I mentioned above.

uma coisa que não gosto das versões que o kiko faz para alguams músicas é que ele não as respeita , a música começa legal mas sempre acaba em solo de metal , eu ouvi uma versão de cantaloupe island dele ,ele estragou a música , ele mudou-a quase que completamente , achoq ue ele devia respeitar mais o formato das músicas e não mudar muita coisa.

acredite...a k1 eh melhor a a signature esp dele....vem com captadores HR SD e JB SD, pontes gotoh e ferragens cromadas da gotho....corpo em alder especial (mais denso)...escala e braço imbutidos....(coisa q a esp naum tem...tirando assim um pouco da sonoridade de sustain)....a k1 tbm tem trastes super jumbo q compreimem melhor a sonoridade da nota...o modelo dele eh push-pull.....
