i read somewhere i don't remember that apples are better than coffee to wake you up in the morning with instant energy, so instead of drinking coffee i eat apples

With the leftover fiber after juicing you can make crackers so it is not wasted. Mix up the fiber up with some type of soaked seeds and dehydrate it. You can use it for crackers or sandwich "bread". :)
I've been drinking fruit & veggie smoothies for over a month now every morning.
I would recommend starting by adding fruits along with the greens.
I always add organic spinach,kale,broccoli,celery,banana,frozen blueberries & strawberries, a little orange juice, 2 tbs of ground flax seed. I change it up by tossing in an apple,pineapple, dates etc.
Smoothies give us amazing energy and an over-all feeling of wellness. We have chucked all processed foods from our home.

Hey Yuri no offense but it looks like you have a hair lose problem. What is the cause of this and is there anything someone could do to naturally correct the problem?
@ZGangsta With a blender u'll probably have 2 + quite a bit of l liquid 2 make a juice, but bcos u'r blending the stuff u get 2 retain much more of the goodness the produce has 2 offer.
I'm all in for this, but... at this moment I'm building muscle, and I'm having about 5-6 meals a day with a fair amount of protein in them. You say that the only thing you need through out the day is that juice, doesent that affect the muscle growth?
@eddes i think his "juice" is aimed at busy people without much energy. But I would stick with your regular diet and use this additionally. I wouldn't worry about the calories bc fruits and veges have low calorie count and are very good for you
I think he means it will give you all the energy you need throughout the day. Stick to you're 5 to 6 meal routine and just drink the juice in between or with meals.
