PS: Yes Grindhouse is SLOW, but worth the wait, well worth the wait. No one does a better job. Faster is not better, too bad the Mitchell family did put some time and money into their Family Edition. $35 is a joke, it looks like VHS. Grindhouse would never put out something that looked like this.
@bhmedia How the hell is a person supposed to know when the Grindhouse dvd is available? As far as I can tell there's no mailing list, no pre-order list, no official release date and no solid info whatsoever as to when you can buy it! Am I wrong or is a person just expected to check their website every F'ing day to ensure they get a copy?
Its too bad the Mitchell family just couldn't work with Grindhouse and get it release correctly. The version that Jeff has released looks and sounds like ass. Its a rip off. Everyone that was duped into buying the "Family Edition" will be tossing it in the trash when Grindhouse's version comes out. Just saw Gone With The Pope in the theatre and what Grindhouse has done with it was simply amazing, you would think Jeff would like the same treatment for Massacre Mafia Style.
@bhmedia There's a user up there named "jmjacknife" I think He can answer that stuff better than I can. I personally thought it was a decent release despite the tad high price tag.
thats because we recived it earl and thought you would like the fact that it got there early...It IS NOT transfered from a vcr..It was from the only remaining 1 inch video master...so there ya go...and your right about illegitimate rights!
