OK, don't. I told everyone about the forum. I said I was THINKING about offering the service to do it. I have done the same for other mods (other than phones) that people like but don't feel comfortable doing. I ALWAYS donate to the developers when I use their software (around 60-70 percent of what I make). I didn't use quick page pool size changer.
I've beeen running 273 with no problems at all. I still think that 299 is safe. I've had the phone since December running 299 and have had only 1 lock up. No damage at all.
Its a rom with a shell. Its the Touch firmware and TouchFlo look alike. Also running is a memory program that Overclocks the phone to 299MHZ (not clear in video). Gives you about 19MB free memory. I have done 3 of these and been paid for doing it. Thinking about offering service on Ebay and making donations to the guys who make the software. Big ups to them! Find them and donate! XDAForums!
so how do you increase the memory im curious i have this phone i love it i had for about a year i just hate the memory i use my micro sd chip but i would love to increase the memory would i have to pay or is there a free way???

299mhz might be the speed of the processor? Just guessing. I mean the thing basically is a computer... there's a motherboard and everything.

is 299 safe, or would you recommend 273? how long can you use it at 299 without having any problems?

I have been at 299 since I got the phone with no lock ups. I'm sure you could get the same results at 273. In fact, I'll try it out and let you know.
