@93guitarfreek No sir. It doesn't sound bad, but if you're actually listening to his voice you can hear the wear and tear. He screams the note now, he didn't use to do that.
@kasinecz sorry im butting in, but he hits that note perfect it may sound like hes getting a little loud with that note but with a note that high you need power behind your voice, its a crazy not but i will say that his mid range voice is alot more raspy then back in the day but his upper range is still amazing and so clean he hits them perfect..so idk if he does the rasp on purpose now or what?? hah but i think we can all agree that he is still no matter what the best out there:D
@93guitarfreek yeah. you just have to have to Nodules shaved off your vocal chords. Justin Timberlakes had it done, Gerard way's had it done, etc. it's a common thing among vocalists.
@JDMelody It's not all technique. look up some of his other stuff. His voice is going out. His voice got that way, by using that technique. it really messes up your voice.
Lol nah his voice isnt going out exactly, its from playing shows every night and your voice starts getting raw, its a technique you can use to hit the higher notes.
it doesnt matter if his voice is getting warn out, he still hits those notes better than any other.
