I dont like the comment made from the chiropractor that massage therapists dont address scar tissue on clients. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Certifeid Neuromuscular Therapist I deal with adhesions and scare tissue on a daily basis. To say massage therapists dont deal with scare tissue is ridiculous. I would never say chiropractors only crack backs. Get your facts straigt doc
Hey Jason just wanted to say your videos have been a real really powerful tool to get past my sticking pointing and then some. Thanks for the great vids and please keep them coming!
I may be off here but if it were me, I would go a couple of weeks without lifting weights and let that tissue heal. You will be surprised at how strong you are when you go back to lifting.
Love the vid. Things like this remind us how our health care in America, while not perfect, is the best. Also reminds us that while we attempt super human feats we are still human after all.
Enjoy your vids alot and I am learning more and more about DC training. Finished my first week of DC training and it is not for the faint of heart for sure.
Neck911USA is a volunteer group of individuals who provide consultations on complications due to neck manipulation. Although most cases are due to chiropractic manipulation, Neck911USA is equally concerned about cases that arise from physical therapists or medical doctors.
I've had this done of my back and have gone from taking over 100 painkillers a week, down to 10 last week, and it's only been 3 weeks. Andrew Mairs does SASTM in San Diego, Google him. Doesn't hurt much, and definitely worth getting for chronic pain.

Taking time off periodically is definitely something that everyone should do, but you still need advanced therapy modalities in your toolbox.

manipulation can cause stroke and death KNOW this
missjigglypuff5 2 years ago
that comes from lifting weights too much and not allowing enough recovery time in between workouts

Dude, your arm looks PISSED at around 5:56. Looks painful. Worth it, though, I'm sure.
