I see very shallow breathing throughout the video. Examining both hands, particularly the left hand of the person in the video shows the hands very minutely moving up and down with breathe. You can also notice this against the background.
@MysticSensitive And you would be wrong. At no time during any of these videos during any hold was there any "shallow breathing" of any kind. There are other things going on, but no breathing.
Shaky with no warmup? Thats funny. Im much more clair comming up from a breathold with no warmup. It seems that more and more freedivers do less breath up before the static and dynamic. What are your opinion on that?
Thanks for the comment. I used to do holds without warmup. I maxed out at the time at 6:52 but very shaky. Haven't tried it in awhile. With my current breathe up I am getting more consistent results over 7 minutes. My breathe up has changed alot over the last two years. Some things that used to work no longer work and some things that didn't work before, work great now. Go figure.

I agree that warmups are boring. Have you tried to do a maximum breath hold (close to blackout) with no warmup?
