XNA 2.5D Platformer Game

strike 1: static in my left ear.

strike 2: ugly menus and annoying splash screen (you misspelled "edge"...)

strike 3: megaman sprites.

It looks like an interesting game, otherwise. Polish it up (with ORIGINAL graphics) and try again.

Incorrect usage of the term 2.5d. 2.5d moving 2d objects to create a 3d perspective. this is just parallax which creates a sense of depth but not an actual perspective. but still a good engine tho.

2.5D just in ur lil world, paralax is a feature present in every damn 2d game I ever played, even top view shooters(clouds)

I think the author referenced 2.5d because you can switch between background and foreground... kinda...

If this is in XNA you should clean up the graphics and make it online multi-player and put on the Xbox Arcade.
