So if somebody says, "I know I have a soul"; It is just their conclusion of neuron processes. So if something isn't material, then nobody can know it or think it. I'm not sure there is some sort of entity that can float out of people, like you said the soul isn't material, but I think if people refer to soul as meaning compassion for others or being kind and honest to others, I think that can be a meaning for soul. This was a great video response. :)
