Thanks for explanation blfpg: What they mean is that MSG is included in food to give it a hardy flavor and make people think they are satisfied with the meal, and bean sprouts are included in dishes a lot and it makes you full. Bean sprouts aren't bad for the health like MSG. They just mean it makes you full if all your dish has is high amounts of bean sprouts. It's like when you order a beef taco at taco bell and all you get is a crap load of lettuce like you're a rabbit and hardly any meat.
