Can u take a real song like "Rihanna - please dont stop the music" and put it in the program then take the drums out or an other sound. And make a drum and put it in the song?

You can take a midi file of this song (Google is your friend), you could take parts of it out, but if you have only the mp3, Its not possible.

get a audio free converter and convert the files to wave and do it.

No that's not possible. Otherwise you need to go ask Rihanna's producer if you can have her cubase og Pro Tools session.

After you record the music on CUBASE LE 4, how do you convert it to play in windows media or in quick time player? Does anyone know?

There's an option, I believe under "File->Export", to create a "Mixdown".
