Heading there next week and have booked a one-bedroom platinum suite. Those suites are in building 14 and 15 which appear to be on the south side of the resort. The view from your room appears to be on the north side of the resort by the rock pier. Did you stay in the platinum area? Do you remember which building you stayed in or which room? Any advice would greatly be appreciated. Thank you!
Hope this answer isn't too late for you. The 1st part of the video starts in the standard guest room. I then go thru the connecting door to the living area. As you can see, this was a really nice suite which came with an on-call butler. Anytime we needed anything, Christian was at our service. He was really friendly and helpful and hopefully my tips showed his attention to us was much appreciated. The room was wonderful and added immensely to our much delayed honeymoon.
Wow - did you pay extra for this room? We are just considering going to the El Cid Granada in Mazatlan. Can't believe we will get all that for $784 per person all inclusive for one week (our deal)!
