how do u get rid of the extra lines?

either delete (if its just a guideline) or re-adjust the endpoints (if that particular extra line is part of the drawing) - and its kinda annoying to adjust the endpoints, since most of the time, the points automatically snaps on the a certain object :(

hehehe i know, they just made the toolbars complicated :) anyway, the MS Word 2007 drawing tools are found in Insert >Shapes.
