what would u use if u don't have brads (like me). I am unable to get anymore intil we go to town again because we live in a small rural fishing comunitiy.
Dawn! What would we do without you. I noticed this flower in a post of someone else's a couple of months ago and asked her for a tutorial, but that never happened. You are the best instructor and I just love your happy cheerful voice.
@44jfunk Hi : I would only Mist the cardstock do not get totally wet or it will fall apart ... just mist with a water bottle to lightly moist the card stock to scrunch up and no I didn't wait for CS to dry to open the petals . Hope this helps
Thank you for such a great tutorial I have seen these on a hand delivered invitation and wondered how they made them. I just got the large flower punch and haven't used it yet how I'm super excited to bust it out of the wrapper.
Dawn, thank you for sharing your talents with us. I love your videos, they are always clear and precise, and your personality comes through! You are beautiful inside and out! Warm thoughts, Karen
so cooool, could probably use this technique for making brooch/pin...instead of paper maybe stiff cloth material like ribbon with piping and then super glue clip to the back....thank you for the inspiration...
Another great video!! Love these flowers, made some of the scallop circle flowers now I gotta do the XL one!! Too cute, great job again and as usual!! TFS!!!
These are really pretty, and easier to do than folding over each petal individually like the tim Holtz flowers! It's like taking a Martha Stewart meal and transforming it into a Sandra Lee one! So much easier!
I made some of these to put on my Mom's card for Mother's Day. I added (Pearl) Glimmer Mist and they are beautiful. Love them !!!! So glad to see you can also make them with the new big flower punch.
I was going to say the same as @candledamachine about adding shimmer mist spray, or adding some glitter to the tips with some Tombow or Crystal Effects.
I am soooo hooked on paper flowers right now, thanks for helping me add to my stash. :)
I ran the cardstock through the crimper several times to loosen up the cardstock fibers and then when through the procedure. it turned out very well cause cardstock was relaxed. Very nice.
"Whale of a Punch" has the same type of flower punch - which is what I have.. This will be perfect! TFS

Do you let the paperwads dry before you unfold them? I tried doing it while they were still wet and it fell apart!
