Maybe he crouching to avoid those giant missiles coming at him, you know, staying low to dodge firepower :D and i dont recall seeing any arms on his belly, and they are baby godzillas in which if they bite their prey, they leave radioactive breath in them in which expands like gas and makes them go BOOM! also godzilla walks on all fours cause hes a lizard, all lizards were born to walk on thier 4 feet, unless you are the geico gecko

It is located on the front leg i guess youd call it of the oil rig, the left one, a tentacle comes up and raps around and pulls it down. Just watch closely.
