Nice idea for tennis product. But let me give you my honest advice. I have played in futures (pro circuit) so i know about tennis. if you want more power / spin. you just need faster swing speed. To achieve this, you just need to relax better or you can simply get lighter or heavier rackets and swing fastest as you can. then switch back to actually racket and hit some balls. then switch back again after couple shots. To warm up, you just need a resistance band and you are good to go.
I think this is a perfect Tennis-specific exercise tool, especially for pre-game warm ups! I play with a Babolat AeroPro Drive GT, it’s a very stiff racket and a wrist/arm Killer, first 20 min. of playing is always excruciating for me. I tried tennisflex on the recommendation of a local Pro; amazingly I started hitting balls with virtually no pain! And I just felt better hitting my ground strokes! It's been a week now and I can say that I hit with plenty more power and spin since. NTPR 4.5
