i know cameron personal.. had a national training camp wit him two months ago.. supreme breaststroke.. after that dropped my breast time by to sec.. was on a 32.7 now on 30.9.. all i did was the stretchin he did and took his advice on the dive..

To be honest i can't say that i'm impressed. With a 15 m pullout it shouldn't a problem for most breaststrokers to do this.
