UN: Ethiopia needs urgent drought relief.

More than 10 million people are facing critical water shortages in Ethiopia, which is in the grip of a severe drought. The United Nations is calling for urgent help, saying $40 million is needed to fund a drought emergency response plan for the next six months. Ethiopian people who are suffering famine and have also had to endure fighting between government troops and separatist rebels.
