You're looking at it. It's a basic IK'd bipedal bone structure with control curves that change the parent between the car base and any specific bone or parent object.

That's a RAM and auto key problem. I have noticed that some parts will simply disappear during animation because of machine power. The other issue is the seats were hidden with the auto key turned on, so the visibility is unintentionally keyframing. It's a simple fix.
