  • I think I can bench that much.

  • what's his shirted bench?

  • how you going to push your son to be a powerlifter when you're fat as hell.

  • awwwwh man so cute

  • 3 spotters for 75lbs......lol

  • I like the way the kid did 1 1/2 a push up before he starts benching

  • FAT SHIT

  • funy XDXDXD

  • Poor guy is going to have health problems.

  • 8 year old son is completing his fathers dreams....

  • its the dumbass parents that either coach there kids into it or dont know enough about weight training that are responsible for the fuked up ass bone growth these kids are gon suffer through..

  • just asking why would you want your kid to lift that at eight there are girls in my grade ( 8th ) that lift less than him i mean i can see y but your kid would look like a meat head cause he'd be liftin so much and hed look like hes doin steroids

  • I don't always comment, but when I do, I'm a top commenter.

  • haha what a faggot i can lift way heavier than him

  • For his age it could stunt his growth if he keeps lifting

  • @THE6POINT0REJECT Got a reliable source for that statement?

if thats true, gymnatic's and running would be insainly bad for u at that age, due to the impact. ;)

  • lil fatty should do cardio

  • This kids weak ass hell!! I'd be able to beat the shit out of him... No problem

  • creepiest group of men in the world

  • national record? probably cuz hes one of five kids his age in powerlifting

  • 75lbs and hes 8?! man im 19 and i started lifting a few weeks ago and i started at that! can do about 100 now but daamn hes gonna be a beeeeassttt

  • This kid looks like a straight up BADASS!

  • he is ruining his growth hormones, they need THREE PEOPLE to spot a bar-10, retard playing gameboy in stands, stupid fuckin fathers lettin them little kids bench like that, THE LIST GOES ON...

  • @protonjones54 I bet you're a small little man. Hating on kids doing something kids didn't do as kids.

  • @Metallicuss what the fuck are you talking about? are you listening to yourself? if you think im a small little man you should look in the mirror once in a while bitch

  • @protonjones54 I do look in the mirror and its the body of an infantryman that you'll never have. You're that guy hating on a kid starting young and making it big right now. You little pansy go fuck yourself. Come at me bro ;)

  • I could take him.

  • wont stunt his growth, and no trainer is goig to let an 8yo max bench with bad form,if anything hes gonna grow up to be stronger than everybody bitching on here

  • Why would they need 2 spotters on each side just to hold up 75lbs?? Are the spotters that weak?

  • Quite your whining people. It has been proven that lifting will not stunt your growth. Also, he is not overweight, he just has huge muscle mass for someone his age. He probably is technically overweight, but it will be all muscle, not fat.

  • My eight year old dog can lift stronger than that eight year old chubby kid.

  • I've been Powerlifting since I was 13 and now just got into crossfit at 15? Ive grown from about 5'5 to 6'0 in that time soooo it stunts your growth? Naaaa.

  • @TheAustinWinter FUCKK YEAH!! CROSSFIT FOR LIFE <3 hahaha good on ya bro, you competing in the games?

  • Powerlifting has no power.

  • He should stop do that HE SHOULD FUCKING RUN ,look how much fat he has

  • Isn't this dangerous?

  • He's penis will not grow the full natural size if he keeps this up, plus back problems

  • guess whos gonna be short as fuck for the rest of his life....

  • Its great to see a kid that strong but i dont think powerlifting should be allowed at such a young age, going to be snapping all kinds of shit up

  • lil chubster lolol

  • Powerlifting under 16 shouldn't be allowed anywhere...

  • @djpbcha Lifting weights doesn't stunt your growth, im 18, 6 foot 3 and I have lifted since I was 14. Idiot.

  • @Hiphopisntdead1 Have you seen me saying anything about your height? Workin out at the gym, and powerlifting are not the same. Learn a bit about the human body, powerlifting isn't healthy for a young body.

  • @djpbcha yea i agree thats a lot of stress on the body

  • @qjbb and running isnt? would it be batter having him play soccer?

  • @djpbcha Why not? Where'd you get the 16 from?

  • @jskrabac

Because it stumps a kid's growth in height because their muscles are not meant to lift weights that early in life. Have you ever seen Lee Priest's height? Did you ever see what he looked like when he was 14-15 years old?

  • this kid will be a beast when grows up

  • I think he could have did 80lbs. I know an 8 year old that can deadlift 125lbs and he is much smaller than the kid in this vid.

  • looks like fat version of that kid from stuart little XD

  • This kid's a pussy. I'm 6 months old and I can bench twice what he can!

  • @scrubbucket12 If you were 6 months old, you wouldn't be able to spell, Fuckhead. Suck ur mums left tit.

  • he benches more than most the kids on my junior high football team...but that's not saying much

  • my friends little brother is 13 and he cant bench 75 lol nice job nicholas

  • he has weird looking elbows.

  • it is actually kind of impressive but 8 year olds should not be lifting weights under any circumstances

  • ik a 15 year old kids whos max is that much too lol props kid. :) and im a troll on youtube i dont say that alot lol

  • This kids gonna be benching like 400 his senior year lol

  • good job kid

  • national records at this age are meaningless.

  • this little kid lifts more than I do...

  • Fatty fatty fatty

  • pussy weight! jk

  • why did i just watch this

  • he wants a cheeseburger right now

  • Lol @ all the adults hating on an 8 year old... the fuck .

  • He's a powerlifter.. who gives a fuck how big he is for his age..

  • @Papojijo

On top of that, he's a fucking kid. Lots of kids are chubby.

  • gotta love the kid playing his gameboy in the bleachers haha

  • that kid llifts more than me im 15 fml

  • little kid "hey dad look a fat kid i can beat this"

dad "son rember dont be cocky"

    fatty bastard benches 55lbs

little kid "that aint fucking fair his jelly roles bounced it up"

  • O__o lol

  • fat fat

  • Lol at the twats perpetuating 1970's dogma. It doesn't stunt your growth.

  • did they really need two spotters? nahhh

  • Are the singlets necessary?

  • nice parenting you douchebag, that kid is gonna be like 5 feet tall when hes older

  • @DJDALESS2 Weightlifting doesn't stunt growth.

    Roid usage does.

  • @UnIosingRanger steroids makes it worse, but even without them it stunts ur growth. Maybe not benching in particular, but squatting for sure

  • @DJDALESS2 Nope. Educate yourself.

  • @UnIosingRanger no educate yourself, lifting with improper form which is common amongst new lifters can in fact stunt growth. i see people in my gym who squat with terrible form, and you know what, they're all short!! im not even joking

  • @DJDALESS2 Strong source. "but the guise at my gym are short when they squat omg!1111!11" Srsly. I'd rather look at studies of 1000 of people than your view of 10 or 20.

  • @brbafkgtg well i would love to do an SRS and find out the truth because i think i would be correct, unfortunately i don't have the time to carry out an experiment of that magnitude.

  • I'm so proud:)

  • I dont think that should have been an approved lift. Because when he pushes it tilts. And that is not okey.

  • I have that same Marines shirt!

  • its funny coz hes fat

  • powerlifting is bad for kids :/

  • Look at that cute little kid, i know 17 year olds who can't bench the bar so this is pretty impressive

  • awe hes cute <3 lol and all these haters prob couldnt even lift what he did ;)

  • maybe mix in some cardio? bad for a kid his age to be lifting weights...stunts growth. should be focused more on body workouts...eg Pushups sit-ups pull-ups etc. that is how the underaged/developed should start out. however he is putting up weight for an 8 year old

  • im just ashamed for all the cheaters who insult and hate this poor kid

he is incredible and im sure all the haters who insult him for his glasses or his bodyweight are not able at their ages and especially at 8 to lift this weight

so just shut up fuckers and u will be able to speak when u will be able to lift

  • @RiddleHD Oh i hit puberty as son i turned 14 so suck my balls.

  • @RiddleHD I'm just saying i could ve bench as much as him when i was 8, and donuts, please, i only eat your moms pussy, you little fucking kid, fuck your little ass up.

  • lol the i think its funny that theres dudes at the gym i go to that cant even bench this and they are like 14 or 15

  • Some faggies here are saying that they lifted more when they were 8, 8 years old is GRADE 2-3 you idiots. It ain't Grade 7-8. I couldn't lift the bar when I was Grade 7. Now I lift 200 pounds. People starts gaining more muscles around grade 7.

  • yeah this little kid is nothing. When i was 8 My brothers trained me, i did not touch a weight until i hit puberty, and i could guarantee you that i would've benched as much as that kid. He's going to be short, and fat, thats the end of it.

  • @ghetoskittles65 u hit puberty around what 15? thats 7 years more then this kid, the bar weighs more then him. shut the fuck up and go bench your donuts

  • fuck this bullshit power lifting at 8 me and my cousin used to carry food for the animals like herbs and water sometimes twice our own body weight. for like more than a mile and uphill. i don't know about bench pressing but i bet our military pressing was way better when we had to push the the loads of food up a wall so we saved ourselves a trip around to the entrance.

  • i could do twice that at 8... shit maybe i should have went for the world record.

  • Trolololollol if your gonna ruin your body at least lift something heavier..

  • i dont understand why the dad is stretching at the beginning? hahaha

  • i dont know why but this kid looks to me like the kid from Stuart Little movie but fatter...

  • the only think i like about this video is his Marines t shirt haha

  • this kid wont be massive because he is destroying his muscles and bones right now, he is too young to be lifting, he is still developing. This is bad for him.

  • @coolcatrich research to back your claim? i suppose kids shouldnt run, climb, wrestle, or hell even walk for fear of hurting their joints or bones... HOW about this.... during early growth spurts kids heal at a much faster rate than adults can ever dream of. Seems to me that as long as his form is maintained, this is a perfectly healthy sport for him to be involved in... better than sitting at home staring at the tv... any chance that is the reason his father got him into lifting?

  • kid ran off like a mother fuckin boss

  • LOL Fattie.

  • Not bad, he's gonna be massive one day.

  • this little kids should play gameboy or watch Spongebob, not fuckin do this sort of Sport.

  • LOL fat little fuck

  • @popovic011 Dude be nice u idiot.

  • @popovic011 How's that haterade taste motherfucker?

  • @TheMightyClaybear feelsgoodman

  • wtf who says at 1.45 Davai [Russian] .....

  • They need 3 spotters for that cotton bud ?!

  • thats a fat kid

  • Hes just fat not strong

  • fat little kid. I'm just kidding I'm 13 and bench too, but weigh much more than friends! Great job, and keep lifting!!! =D

  • Loving the comments by internet heroes.

Not only are they brave enough to type shit on the internet, but they have the balls to aim it at an 8 year old. Real masculine atmosphere going on right here.

  • POWER KID ,,,

  • i wonder if his balls ever dropped...

  • Kinda funny since im 13 and i can pick my cousian up like a baby and he is 120 lbs

  • @Zat368 not really hard lots of people i know that dont even workout can do it.

  • out of anything a father could aspire for their kid to do to at such a young age, why would lifting be at the top lol. Psh, who needs a kid who can play an instrument or play a contact sport or something when my kid can lift stuff! wooooo! that'll help on college move-in day lol

  • @Blinx482 because none of the major sports benefit from strength? being stronger doesnt make a kid better at football, baseball, and basketball? How about wrestling? no way being stronger than other kids his age could possibly assist him to be better at that partcular sport.... gotta love the abundance of ignorance!!!

  • @pt191145 Strength training may help kids at that kind of age, but you are looking at a boy who is powerlifting. He's lifting more than he weighs probably and at that young of age when he is in the process of developing and growing, tell me how that is beneficial later on. Sure he'll grow, but ever thought about in what WAY he'll grow? He's better off waiting till he's at the peak of his growth in his teen years, then start training

  • @Blinx482 show me any research that has ever proven that a child's growth is in any way affected by powerlifting.... show me any research that shows lifting (relatively)heavy weight has any affect on a child's growth and development.... I'll save you the time.

  • @Blinx482 there isnt any! a simple web search results in several research based articles that debunk the MYTH that heavy lifting (when done correctly) has any negative affect on a child's growth and development... That said, just as with adults, the moment form breaks down the risk for injury to joints and other tissues increases.

  • He's already bearmode!

  • Child's play

  • HA 75 POUNDS?! I CAN BENCH 3 TIMES AS MUCH AS HE CAN!!! but i'm also 3x older than he is..

  • r u sure it's good to lift when u are that young?

  • @christianhunter96

That's impressive dude. I have a similar story, Im 16 and have been lifting for nearly 12 months now and have had gains of 160 pounds on my max bench. I'm sure you know what you are doing but if you hit a plateau, try doing weak point training. Helped me.

  • dude the kid cant even do a proper pushup.

  • At this age, there is some muscle, but all the strength this kid has is from his FAT

  • @MrChutzpah2002 Fat doesn't make you strong.

  • @ChronoTriggerMusic True but fat allows you to lift more. You take an unactive 200 lb person and make em bench and they'll still pump out 135, you take an unactive skinny person and theyll probably be doin around 95

  • @tommunist10 Fat does not make you stronger. That is bullshit. Fat is dead tissue. However, when people put on fat, they also put on muscle (if they're working out). That's why they tend to lift more. Calories+ = fat+ & muscle+

  • @Kavehisftw I disagree. Recently all of this year's freshmen at my school started going to the gym. All of them are copies of each other. They all play the exact same sports, they all eat the same type of shit, they all sit on their asses and watch tv all day long. The two fattest ones lift more than the two normal weight ones who lift more than the two skinny ones. Yet on isolation exercises like the preacher curl they all lift as much as each other. This is why i think fat helps.

  • @tommunist10 It's really not about what you think or don't. Fat does not make you stronger.

  • @Kavehisftw na, it's cool, i looked it up. Provided with scientific details and, well, logic (why do you think there's different weight classes in lifting/ why do all powerlifters have a high % of body fat) being fat provides you with more leverage helping out some main exercises such as squatting, benching, and most other pushing exercises. Thanks for your opinion though, even though it was wrong.

  • @tommunist10 Seriously man... You're so wrong.. There are different weightclasses because they have different ammount of muscle and different natural size. Only powerlifters in the highest weightclass have higher bodyfat. Because when you build muscle, you automatically gain fat. That's why bodybuilders have bulk/deff periods. in the higher weightclass, having more weight doesnt matter, and they wont bother deffing down, since they'll lose muscle aswell. send me the science facts, lol.

  • @Kavehisftw You're right but being fat shortens the bench rom, too.

  • @UnIosingRanger that my friend, is completely true. However it was not the way he presented it in, but i understand :P

  • @MrChutzpah2002 your fat does not make you stronger but it might take most of a punch or kick to the stomach

  • @MrChutzpah2002 lol ur an idiot.

  • Haha the kid at the end playing gameboy like fuck this im playing game boy

  • kid may be on the chubby side but give em props, he gets the lift he's getting burgers all week long

  • I am pretty sure that kid is obese!! lol

  • I LOLd when he struggled when he did one pushup in the beginning!

  • ya hes gonna get joint problems later watch

  • @defender8314 No, what i said was benching at 8 years old is bad for your body and you have to wait until your muscles mature. I never said sports for kids is stupid, i've played football since i was 8.

  • Comment removed

  • damnnn im 17 and i can even do tht.

  • Comment removed

  • i have the world record of holding the most weight on my penis

  • kid might want to slim up if we wants to join the Marine Corps.

  • My son is 7, weighs 60 lbs, is 4'6" and can bench 50 lbs 8 times- is this is a national record for an 8 year old, then we're breaking it next year.

  • lol im fourteen and i just started lifting when i started my highschool football season. i lift 125 lb more than him haha

  • @Jakekimch Thats by no means impressive. Its almost sad.

  • @Jakekimch youre 14 that just started lifting not long ago and youre already at 200 lbs? thats not bull at all.... >.>

  • @Jakekimch are you stupid? He is 8... cool you can lift more than a 8 year old congrats

  • @Jakekimch And by the time he is 14 he will be able to run your ass to the ground.

  • @Jakekimch Thats impressive.. way to pick on little kids... lemme stoop to ur level here. I am a girl been lifting 6 yrs I just maxed 215lbs bench... my first max in highschool when I was 15yrs old was 110 bench. I am not saying I am the ish.. the point is that there is always someone better... this kids set a NATIONAL RECORD! I would say he is doing pretty good for himself fat or not.

  • @Jakekimch Im 15, started lifting in January, and went up over 100 pounds on bench in 10 months. Im hitting 210-215 Max right now. I would hope you bench more than an 8 YEAR OLD CHILD. Smh.
