  • "You have 37.8% body fat.

You have 20.4 Kilograms of fat and 33.6 Kilograms of lean (muscle, bone, body water)."

I did a online test, and thats my result:D I weigh 118 lbs.

  • @Nellyfair2 Hey I weigh the same as you and I got 32% and it said I was obese lol is it a reliable method of measuring body fat do you know?

  • i lost 3 -5pounds with this trick, do as many SIT UPS as u can in 5-7 minutes. every 2 minutes u can take a 10 second break, during that time drink water and breath deeply, NO DRINKING SUGARY DRINKS DURING THIS WORKOUT! now, after this workout is over, go to ur kitchen, and eat A *HEALTHY*snack, (carrots, salad, smoothie, apples, e.t.c) no big mac's, bacon, fast food, or stuff like that if ur not hungry, drink water. KEEP UR SNACK *SMALL* after this u should of lost pounds depending on ur weight

  • it say i have four or 5 percent body fat on mine but i still dont believe it. i dont have pure muscle definition...

  • You are probably getting depressed from the lack of fat in your diet.

  • eat 5 or 6 small meals, don't starve yourself, drink only water, have sugar and protien after workout, sleep 8 hours a day, don't do long cardio sessions just fast ones, do strength training as well, and you will lose body fat very fast

  • SHOW US YOUR BOOBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Just stopping by to say ur beautiful. The End.

  • @NiceAndSmooth247 Aw thanks!

  • "The trainer who measured my fat tried to tell me to eat more fat and more protein LOL "

Actually the trainer is right.. Kick sugar add more healthy fats..

  • @shaw557 But exercise with sugar feels so good!!! Actually I have recently added more fat to my diet. Currently having webcam issues, but I will talk about it in my next video :)

  • ur pretty! a study at the saint louis university experimented with 2 control groups, dieters and exercisers. The dieters only dieted and the exercisers only exercised and this study was done over a month. The results, well both groups lost weight, but the dieters ended up with more body fat because they lost there muscle while the exercisers lost fat and gained muscle. So if ur gonna diet, u also have to workout.

  • I believe it! When I made this video I had been going to the gym (though off and on, that's the problem)...but now I am riding my bike everyday. I definitely believe that lack of exercise results in higher body fat (typically)...Thank you for that! And thank you for the sweet compliment!!

  • @athenakitty3 Thank you girl! Yes I agree, if I don't workout then I won't see much progress. I have been running lately. Finished a 5K last weekend, and I have another coming up next weekend. Thanks for the helpful info :)

  • i think you look perfect !! i would be very happy with the way you look!

  • Thank you :) I can definitely stand to bring my body fat down though, trust me!
