At first it can be tough...you have to look for opportunities and if there are none, make some. Try a local pizza place. Ask them if you can play one Friday Night for a 30 to 40 minutes and promise you will invite lots of your pizza eating friends. I think you guys did a great job covering this song. It has a lot of energy (love the drums, Grant!) and you can hear the emotion in Reed's voice. Unfortunately with any type of performing you will encounter criticism but given your talent and seeing how much you have progressed musically, you will definitely go far in your music careers. See thats why I'd never be a singer only..without playing guitar. Singers are ALWAYS said to be bad just because its not perfect. For crying out loud the other singers u hear..have been professionally edited in the studio. Now when you here a basic recording with basic equipment you start saying he sucks at singing?
