Yeah but, she was 15 at the time of making this video.

Therefore said video still contains images of basically, a half-naked minor. I'm not trying to be some politically correct retard, just saying that, well, people in America go to jail for this kind of thing.

Even if they themselves are uploading the item, the image itself could still be classed as illegal or whatever.
