Interesting equipment, seems safer than kettle bells for everyday people. Careful about calling med ball exercises functional-you can accomplish the same movements using a dumbbell...& do they capture the full value of a MB. His cardio fitness isn't great, he's really out of breath and hasn't even done that much.
