all your commercials are are attack ads, he hasn't passed a bill but brings good ideas which hold people accountable, the only way he could pass a bill is to currupt him self to the other 435 congress people
Dennis has already been elected for several terms in Congress, so I am not at all worried that the people of his district will be fooled into voting against him.
Because he's for constitutional rights. He voted against the Patriot Act, the Iraq War, HR 1955, and voted against many other bills that abridge our civil liberties and our individual rights.
This will be a test of the gullibility of the voter. If the voters don't vote for Kucinich they deserve what they get. Sorry to be so cold but I'm sick of moronic Americans unable to separate fact from fiction.
I am an Oregon resident and I have fully supported Dennis Kucinich's presidential run and now his run for another term in congress. Though I can't vote for him in his district I have been donating what I can to his campaign. He is one of the last vestiges of truth, honor and integrity left in government today.
Dennis Kucinich is the best thing to happen to Ohio!! They'd be really stupid to get rid of him for some one else. He's honest and doesn't follow the pack in lockstep. YEAH for KUCINICH!!!
So glad to see all of the positive comments for Dennis. I too contributed to both his presidential and congressional campaigns, even though I don't live in his state. We NEED Dennis in office!
Funny, when I first saw this ad, I was thinking Joe Cimperman was a Republican, as this ad is straight out of their playbook. Instead, he's just a Democrat who seems to act like one. And getting rid of Dennis for a pork barrel spending corporate suck up who is so willing to play by the Republican's rules? They might as well hand the district over to the GOP.
WOW!! Does anyone believe that total load of garbage?? Joe Cimperman does NOT look like a person I would support. Dennis Kucinich is one of the very few politicians out there that will do the RIGHT thing for us!! I hope the people of the 10th will be smart and vote for Dennis!!
i wonder which parts of dennis's positions, cimperman disagrees with. for myself, i've given to dennis when he ran for president and i've contributed to his congressional campaign. we need him -- please help!
Cimperman paid for and approved that message full of lies. Let us hope the people of Ohio's 10th are informed about the facts. Give money to Dennis no matter where you live so we can keep his voice of reason and integrity in the House.
There are few in Congress who stand up for issues that truly effect the quality of life of working class people. Dennis Kucinich is one of them. He fights and will continue to fight against free trade agreements that take away American jobs and encourage unjust labor practices overseas. He fights and will continue to fight for single payer not-for-profit healthcare. He has opposed the war from the start by voting against it every time, and he will continue to fight Congress to end the war.
"Only one bill passed" is due to the fact that Dennis is the only guy in Washington serving the people instead of the money powers. As one of only 6 congressmen who voted against HR 1955, not to mention all the other "acts" and "bills" that have been systematically stripping away our civil liberties, I WISH I was one of Dennis Kucinich's constituents.
once again Dennis who stands up for the voice of the people is getting the shaft. its a shame so many people buy into this crap and don't open their eyes to the truth
Shame shame on Joe Cimperman. We can all see right thru this ad. Dennis is a threat to making the world a better place isn't he? We support Dennis here in California and my folks in Cleveland support him as well. He is the only hope for our dangerous corporate self-serving government. Dare I use the "F" word?
The same bullshit attack is underway against Ron Paul for his congressional seat. While I may disagree with some of their positions, I respect these two men for standing up and telling the truth. Both will be receiving a donation from me!
Joe Cimperman should be ashamed of himself for this disgraceful ad. Anyone with half a brain can grasp that Kucinich was one of the very few fighting to keep our jobs here, and it is because of the rampant dishonesty and corruption of politicians like Cimperman that his bills aren't passing. Oh, and smooth move, criticizing Kucinich for NOT being a pork barrel spender. Looks like we know what kind of politician Cimperman would be.
The claim in the video that "he brings home less money for local projects" is just a way to spin the fact that he doesn't push for pork spending when we're in debt. The people who made this ad should be ashamed of themselves.
Dennis was first to call out the Federal Reserve for being negligent re: predatory lending. Together, Joe and Dennis cried foul when the state GOP prevented Cleveland from enforcing its predatory lending laws.
Dennis fought to keep St. Michael's Church open and worked with the city to keep federal DFAS jobs in Cleveland.
Dennis co-sponsored hundreds of bills that passed.
Finally, re: jobs, didn't Cimperman try to prevent Steelyard Commons from being built in his ward?
Those 38,000 jobs were manufacturing jobs lost due to NAFTA; something Kucinich has consistently opposed and voted against time and again. Just more lies from corporate scumbags.
And Joe "Simpleman" just looks like another blow dried hack. Kinda like Norm Coleman, the morally vacant shill they put up against Paul Wellstone in Minnesota before they murdered him. Kucinich better stay off of airplanes for a while...
This video is a total distortion. It should be illegal to be able to make baseless claims like these on tv. Kucinich is a real political hero. Cimperman is a sniveling corporate tool.
This is too funny because Kucinich has so much support from his constituents that no ad will ever make it otherwise. Sure, these facts may be true, but the ad ignores all of the other forces that are preventing Dennis from doing what he needs to. It just means he's persistent and will continue fighting until the people that elected him will get what they need.
I went to read the comments expecting to see some Kucinich bashing by either greedy or ignorant people. I was thrilled to see total support for him instead. If Dennis really had a chance of being elected president you know "they" would have him assassinated. So it's not up to Dennis to change things since it would be too easy to kill just him... it's up to us.... and that change starts within. God bless us all.
Dennis Kucinich is the ONLY person who TRULY represents the PEOPLE. Cimperman should be ashamed because Dennis has worked for HIM too! My whole family supports Dennis.
Grow up you lieing bastard. Dennis has been fighting for us his entire career not to mention introducing articles or impeachment, a huge step in our democracy.
My guess is that playing this on local tv is good news for Congressman Kucinich because while corporate shills like the Cleveland Plain Dealer and Cimperman have had no problem lying, the people know that Kucinich always worked tirelessly for his district. I don't have the slightest fear for Kucinich or Cleveland - in Democracy we get what we deserve, and if Dennis deserves better than Cleveland, well, I hear they give it in Hawaii :) aloha
Kucinich is here to stay. Shove your smear ads up your ass. Seriously, go snort coke and rape children with your corrupt Republican buddies.

If this is a sample of Joe's "integrity," I want no part of it or him. Distortions, misttuths, half-truths, and "truthiness."
Have Cheney and Rove moved into a love nest together in Ohio?
