Rubber bullets kill people. I am a huge fan of firearms. I carry a weapon always. Usually more than one. I don't believe shooting rubber bullets is appropriate for this situation. When you shoot a rubber bullet randomly into a crowd you have no clue what kind of damage you are causing. This should not be considered acceptable.

They planned it out if you watch the first few minutes of the video...they had escorts, street medics, and such...where's the problem?
