I watched this video I saw only one flaw in her practice was, she says to pull the stomach inside when breathing out for Kapalbhati. That will stress your stomach muscles. Instead just clean breath out (forceful exhale) has to be done and while exhaling stomach will automatically be pulled in by itself. So one simple law for kapalbhati forceful exhale and rate it as slow, medium and fast for yourself. Then when you are a beginner start with slow then medium....Nice Video post though Kiran.

4) Pranayama should be done with positive thoughts in mind, so you should think about what you want to achieve - getting rid of a disease.
5) bahya and agnisar kriya should be done after kapabhati to gain complete benefit from kapalbhati.
And you should also point to the viewer that these should be done from 5-7 am in the morning and it should be done continously for 5 minutes atleast, and ofcourse each exercise should be done for about 15 minutes.

Hi Kiran, all videos of kapalbathi advice us to inhale deeply and continuously exhale with the pumping motion. Does the inhaling happen automatically between the pumping movements?
i u have asthama.... do only "anulom vilom" and not "kapalbhati". while doing anulom vilom pranayam make sure u do it really gently concentrating on ur breath. it can cure cancer. asthama is not a big deal.u can also do all the braething exercises of yoga tht involves no force.
but u did not show the purpose of it..lol

Hi Kiran thanks for uploading your videos, I would like to point out a couple of things -
1) kapalbhati pranayam should be done for 15 mins, that is approximately 15x60 = 900 times.
2) kapalbhati should be done with more force and speed than you've demonstrated here.
3) anulom vilom should also be done for 15 minutes, with the emphasis on deep breathing.

yes, both these excersises done daily for 30-45min will definetly clear up psoriasis. i do have poriasis and i do it daily, it has help me a lot.
