Since book 11 you can sync the play with more people with this:
"sync"
use it like this:
/spielen ABCname sync
spielen is play-command in german, ABCname is the name of the ABC-File
after all people have use it one have to write
/spielstart (dont now the english command)
but you can find it if you write this /help
