@JamesQiu16 Odin is talking about the fact that in both Lenneth and Silmeria it has proven a liability. So he suggests that their memories should be sealed at their next incarnation.
Like hell you know!! I bet you didn't even play the game!! The music wasn't even recycled, if you listened you would have realised that.
The actual storyline is very deprssing however. If one takes long enough to listen, everyone betrays each other. But the best ending sees the end of the war and is a very happy conclusion.
Altogether the game has a very solid, self resolving storyline that has a big influence over the player's perception of the events.
Because of Lenneth, the soul of Wylfred's father was taken as an einherjar. Without him supporting the family, they eventually ran out of food, which caused the death of his younger sister. His mother then went insane, her mind fleeing to her happiest memories. Wylfred blames Lenneth for his father's death, even though she is not at fault.
I can't say about the alternate endings. I've played the game through only once because of how long it took me to finish the game.
There is a myth that Valkyrie's decide the outcome of battles, though it has never been confirmed in the Valkyrie Profile Universe. Wylfred believes Lenneth chose for his father to die so that she could make him her einherjar (it wouldn't be the first time, Brahms was a einherjar who was murdered by a Valkyrie in life on Odin's order and after becoming an einherjar he rebelled and became the lord of the undead)
It is unknown as to whether Lenneth really die kill Wylfred's father.
as much as I liked the previous VP games this one was ass.
music recycled, fair enough, it was decent to begin with but the gameplay was utter shite. No budget cut scenes with ingame gfx, cheaply made, quickly thrown together cash in.
This is probably WAAAAAY before VP1 and VP2 took place.
Since, Odin and Frey are JUST talking about removing Lenneth's memory after each round of reincarnation. (So, that means originally, they COULD retain past memories until Wylfred came along, huh...)
Well, technically it's the first prequel they've made for VP, Silmeria is actually a sequel disguised as a prequel as you probably know, that was the plot twist. This game seems to take place some years before the very first VP game. I've read somewhere that a younger Gandar appears in the game, which would confirm this, though I don't know from personal experience since I haven't played this game yet. In a nutshell, the game is a sidestory.
Yes this is about 20-30 years before VP1(judgeing by Gandars look XD) and yeah a sidestory....i am sad i played it today and get all the ending...and Seraphic gate opened up...but i dont know i dont feel like playing it...the main character looks like shit...only the Hel side of story made me play it no greatness like the other ones, and its only for ds because its the best sold console in japan....i want a VP3(i cry for it XD)

what you need to do to get this ending?
thanks
pokemaniak30 2 years ago
You need to use the destiny plume just once in the whole game - no more, no less.
(however the mandatory one on ancel doesn't count).
7thRadiance 2 years ago
@7thRadiance what happens if i use the plume like crazy? i never used it n got the boring ending =[
JamesQiu16 1 year ago
@JamesQiu16 If you exceed the limit of usage in a chapter, then you will face an unbeateble enemy and get the Game Over ending.

@7thRadiance whos the unbeatable enemy?

Um at the end odin tells freya to put lenneth in sleep so she and seals her memories. Does this means that this was before the real VP starts?

So, whats Odin doing doing now?
Isn't Rufus the new God and didn't Odin die in VP2? >.>
Nahcihc 3 years ago
Odin Died in VP2 and VP1, In VP2 its an Alternate Timeline, so, yeah, i dont think its this one.
In VP1, Leneth is the new God of Creation. So I think she is the so called new odin now...
