  • He burnt his carpet

  • Es geht !!!!

  • i have an idea, lets light a match with a burning laser while its on a carpet

    duuuh

  • @youngfrankjr no it's not cement looks nothing like cement dumbfuck he is burning his carpet but let him if that's what he what's to do

  • Happynewyear can not be used in laserman. I found the coupon " happynewyear " still can use in lasersman. I buy one ( 300mw 650nm Red 50mW 532nm Green 150mW 450nm Blue Laser RGB Full Color Animation Laser Light DJ Equipment Auto Sound DMX512 ILDA PC Master Slave Stage Laser Light Projector Reke-500RGB ) from lasersman. It saves 24.6 dollars for me.

  • Why cost so much time on it? I purchased one(100mW 532nm) from laserman and only cost $20 with the 10.5% off coupon, and the coupon code: HappyNewYear still can use).

  • @1999lekovic I tracked ur mom's ip las night and she beg me for more hahaha!!!!

  • Its a fucking cement floor you dumb fuckers. Now shut the fuck up. God dam

  • where did you get that laser pointer?

  • if you get green laser from amazon and when u open it and it says laser pointer on the laser it doesnt have the drill so you cant pot mod it, ruined mine. 12-27-2011

  • Duhhhh i gots an idea! Lets burn my carpet huhuhuh

  • U burnt ur carpet hahaha

  • Did he just burn his carpet...?

  • dude, you burned your carpet! :P

  • good

  • @1999lekovic stfu and lemme play with my laser you dumb bitch

  • thats illegal

  • @1999lekovic what are you? a cop

  • @MasterspongeRP NO BUT I CAN TRACK YOUR IP ADDRESS AND CALL THE COPS ON YOU

  • @1999lekovic yea ofcourse your gonna do that, you freaking snitch

  • @1999lekovic GL HF, he's behind 7 proxys

  • @1999lekovic get a frickin life!

  • @joshuaelliot2020 back at you fag

  • @wrekage187 where can you buy that lazer

  • @ wrekage187 where can you buy that lazer

  • @kristiandwell where can u buy that lazer

  • Your mom's gonna be pissed that you burnt your carpet bro...

  • you lighted the match stick on your carpet did your carpet burn loool thumbs up if you want to know as well

  • @3:35 (i had my head phones on with the volume up) shit made me jump LOL.

  • burn ur house down

  • who says its a carpet?:p

  • the only noise in that entire video was a gun shot. OMG SCARED THE SHIT OUTTA ME

  • has some one tried it already cause then i know if it realy does work?

  • I am pretty sure that is rocky cement, not carpet. :L Well it could be magic carpet.... who knows.

  • the batery is very fast low i think

  • Must be green laser? Can be... red?

  • Looks like concrete to me.

  • why are you holding the soldering iron by the hot part?

  • poo there go my eyes

  • putting circuit on to static carpet.....dumb

  • Next step after that, if you have lipo bateries install them.. turns laser into a solid beam.

  • i have a laser just like that. 5mw. will i get arrested if i have it in my carryon bag at the airport?

  • blue matches lol but could i use a wood burning pen instead of a soldering iron?

  • Wow, that 'bloatedsensations' really wants to prove himself... Go and be a scientist somewhere else fuckface. I'm sure, in real life, you're a pussy.

  • I didn't know that they made 5 megawatt lasers in that form factor...

  • Comment removed

  • how is it that none of you could figure out that its concrete. not carpet....if it was carpet it would have either melted or ignited.

  • @DrFHead And... (D) Yeah, you're a "scientist"! A "scientist" that didn't know that bodies in orbit were in a state of falling, apparently thinks that rocks possess the ability to fly, and doesn't know what the word "expend" means. Please! An observation: If you are indeed a scientist, you're in the wrong line of work. What in the hell is your degree in? (E) At least you're honest.

  • @DrFHead Hmmm... Oxford list the definition of "expend" as "to USE UP a resource such as money or energy" (emphasis mine) with its origins from the Latin: "expendere" which means "to pay." Tell me, is it common for you to be able to use the money that you might "pay" to someone, again and again? ...And yes, I'm back. I was out of town for a while and had little time for Youtube. Miss me?

  • @70cb70 LOL a 1 mw laser??

  • Must have been hard to get the button back in the hole, nice video though!

  • who the fuck cares about carpet?:S

  • can i do this with my 1mw laser pointer too?

  • must like

    if gunshot scared

    the piss out of you.

  • Really? Light a match on your carpet?

CONGRATS! You win today's stupid award!

  • c-c-c-c-combobreaker

  • @DrFHead (B) No, I don't. You're the one that keeps coming back to it. It was a comment made for the purposes of clarification. Even though it was an entirely factual one, you can take it or leave it, I don't care. It has no bearing on my argument. (C) Not at all, I was pointing out something in your statement that seemed to be a product of ignorance. (D) I seriously doubt that. (E) Yet, you've thus far been woefully unable to explain exactly how I've done so.

  • @DrFHead Now... to the listed points: (A) I said it was a by-product of the EXPENDITURE of "all" forms of energy. If the total amount of energy remains constant within a system, then there is no expenditure - no energy has been expended - specifying an expenditure "from the system" would be a needless redundancy. My guess here is that you want to drag this into an absurd argument over nonsensical semantics because you know you're entirely in the wrong on the facts and don't want to admit it.

  • @DrFHead Yes, the Earth and the Sun are falling. Now, let me get this straight... you're a "scientist", and you don't know that? Honestly??? Don't most people learn that in grade school? As for how "my logic" would dictate that the universe must be falling is a mystery.

  • @DrFHead ... as has been evidenced multiple times in your previous posts. (C) My injection about rocks was not an argument, it was an illustration. That should have been more than obvious, as I didn't use the analogy to prove or evidence any point, but to illustrate the inanity of your response to me. An illustration is not an argument.

  • @DrFHead You appear incredibly confused here. (A) I shouldn't have to say "from the system" - if the amount of energy remains constant within a system, then no expenditure has occurred. (B) Who cares if anything is significant or not? You're attacking a non-issue. My reason for bringing that up was merely to point out how scientists often speak for the sake of simplicity. Take it up with them... or is your purpose to attempt to save yourself by dragging this into a discussion of semantics?...

  • @DrFHead Yeah, except that, none of the things you mention are actually in flight - they're in orbit. They are FALLING, not flying. Falling is what happens when something lacks the ability to fly - I believe most four year-olds have that much figured out. Go and jump off the roof of a building - I guarantee you that the motion you experience as a result of doing so will not be "flight."

  • You are really grasping at straws here. So the firefly expends a little energy producing the enzyme. Your claim is that the firefly generates heat when it utilizes said enzyme to produce light, which it doesn't... And the laws of thermodynamics really have no application to this discussion.

  • @WetDogFun So, you disagree with Prof. Branham, then? And, yes, heat is also produced as a direct result of the chemical reaction that produces light - any physicist, and, I hope, any entomologist will tell you the same. And, as for your last sentence: Are you even serious about that? Was that said in jest, or something? The laws of thermodynamics have no application in a discussion of the conversion of useful energy to waste heat? Really???

  • @WetDogFun Quoting experts in the field is hardly "grasping at straws." Here's another one: "The firefly

luciferase-luciferin reaction is so efficient that 98% of the released energy is in the form of light with very little

heat." - Dr. Kaan Biron, Dept.of Microbiology and Immunology, University of British Columbia - published in BioTeach Online Journal, Vol. 1, Fall 2003. Statement cited: Seliger and McElroy, 1960 & Babu and Kannan,

2002. (Google it!) Just give it up, bud. You're wrong on this.

  • So, it seems that you actually agree with my original statement, but you take exception to the fact that I omitted some entirely nonsensical and useless specification?!? As in: I'm completely, entirely and utterly wrong about rocks not being able to fly only because I failed to specify that it was only rocks that don't have functioning wings that lack the ability?!?!?

  • @DrFHead "Actually, conversion to heat energy is a by-product of any IRREVERSIBLE expenditure of ALL forms of energy." fixed." - A system that has undergone a reversible process requires no expenditure of energy to return it to its original state. Your "fixed" statement is incoherent. There's no such thing as a reversible expenditure of energy. It's like if I were to say "There aren't any rocks that can fly." And, you were to correct me saying "There aren't any rocks without wings that can fly!"

  • @DrFHead Fine, then give me an example of a true adiabatic process in which energy is expended from the system.

  • Wrong. Now you are just repeating the same falsehoods you have already mentioned. Fail.

  • @WetDogFun Oh my GOD, man! What? Do you think the laws of thermodynamics are just a bunch of malarkey? Fireflies produce light via a chemical reaction that includes an enzyme known as luciferase. How do you think that enzyme gets into the firefly? Do you think God waves a mystical wand, and it appears by magic? It's produced as a product of the firefly's metabolic processes. Do you think perhaps the firefly might expend a little heat energy in the production of that enzyme?

  • @WetDogFun If fireflies can produce light without expending any heat, and we understand the chemical reaction that's taking place in the firefly, then why in the hell don't we have free energy on this planet? Can you answer that for me please? Nevermind, I can tell you why: Because it's NONSENSE! That's why. Fireflies convert energy into waste heat in order to make light. Understand? The conversion is REQUIRED. No heat - no light. Get it?

  • @WetDogFun Quoted from Marc Branham, assistant professor in the department of entomology and nematology at the University of Florida, taken from the Sept. '05 issue of Scientific American, article entitled "How and why do fireflies light up?": "Unlike a light bulb, which produces a lot of heat in addition to light, a firefly's light is cold light, WITHOUT A LOT OF ENERGY BEING LOST AS HEAT." (emphasis mine) Get that? He didn't say "without ANY", he said "WITHOUT A LOT", understand? (Google it)

  • @DrFHead With regards to (C): Given Youtube's character constraints, when addressing entirely separate points, it often helps with clarity while still maintaining the necessary parsimony of speech.

  • @DrFHead You do understand that true adiabatic processes don't actually exist, right? That some processes are just so close to being adiabatic that assuming a truly adiabatic model is sufficient to make reasonable calculations. In such models, there is no significant expenditure of energy - the total energy within the system in which the process is occurring remains constant. My point stands: There is ALWAYS - ALWAYS - a conversion to heat energy.

  • @DrFHead (A) Read my comment again, then tell me if there is any "expenditure of energy" in an adiabatic process. (B) I never call anyone an idiot without cause. Show me where I've called someone an idiot, and I'll show you my cause for doing so - guaranteed.

  • Actually, no. Entomologists are very interested in fireflies because they use chemiluminescence to create light without heat. Look it up. Many sea creatures do the same. But backing up.... your statement that heat is just light at a lower frequency is incorrect. Mechanical energy will create heat from friction. No light involved.

  • @WetDogFun "Actually, no. Entomologists are very interested in fireflies because they use chemiluminescence to create light without heat." - All forms of luminescence create heat - the chemiluminescence produced by fireflies is no exception. When you hear entomologists saying that their light produces no heat, they're speaking for simplicity's sake. What they really mean is that such little heat is produced that the amount is practically negligible. But, heat is still produced.

  • wtf light the match on the carpet

  • next time talk the video is boring your put music or somthing

  • actually light is heat .... you have no idea what you are talking about buddy. what we know as heat is just light on a lower frequency.

  • @TheDudlydude Actually, you are incorrect. Heat energy is a by-product of many other forms of energy... light, electrical, mechanical, sound, nuclear.... etc... But not all light will produce heat. For example chemiluminescence in fireflies and many other life forms does not produce heat.

  • @WetDogFun Actually, conversion to heat energy is a by-product of the any expenditure of ALL forms of energy. And, chemiluminescence - or any other type of luminescence - is no different. It's the law of thermodynamics. Without at least some conversion to heat, there would be no entropy and the laws of thermodynamics would collapse. Chemiluminescence does indeed produce heat - it just produces a very small amount.

  • What laser is it?

  • It's nice to you take safety into hand by lighting a match on carpet.

  • Many of the whatcers are stopped here, 1:40

  • @TheLarksi

I stoped when it siad "time to get your tool box"

  • Will It Work On 1mW Red Lasers

  • deos this work with red lasers too?

  • 3:24 Shit! oh......nevermind.

  • LOL RE-uploader

  • you burning your house down

  • what im wondering is why didnt it look any brighter... it looked to me like exactly the same but some how it magically burns stuff now im just saying this looks alittle sketchy anyone tried it and had it work?

  • @Chillfire77 it's all about the heat, light and heat are two different forms of energy. It's like with fire, just because you have heat doesn't mean there'll be a flame, and just because (theoretically) there's a flame, doesn't mean there'll be heat.

  • Nice

  • can you do it witha red

  • @drakflame22 yeah, but still the same risk of breaking it

  • Hello, This is IMPOSSIBLE. All you are doing is making it have a shorter life. You are making it about 1-2 mw more powerful by adding more power to the diode by shorting out a resister and turning the screw on the laser driver to make it put out more volts. Lasers like this come in different powers: 5mW 30 mW 100 mW and 200 mW. I am positive he is using a 100 mW or 200 mW version of this laser. You need at least 90 MW of power to light matches you noob. 200 mW lasers now cost $30 USD.

  • @izanesmith can i please have a link showing where to get a 200 mW laser pointer for exactly 30 USD

  • awesome but........did he just burn his carpet? Nice one...

  • how can i do this to my 1mw red laser? id buy one of these ones off ebay but im from australia and dont it is legal to buy them from overseas because it has to go through customs?

  • I want to buy a laser online, but i'm from Lebanon ( middle east ) so is there any website that can ship it ? and how to buy it online ? and is it trusted ?

  • Why the hell would you do this over your fucking carpet?

  • is this illegal

  • I wanna know how he explained the carpet to his mom..

  • @iRwaaar u idiot u said fumb duck

  • yeah prove a point to us i thought u were smart and then you go and light ur carpet on fire...

  • I think i just shit my self when the egg exploded at the end. :0

  • and burn ur carpet in the process

  • there wasnt an ipod or something inside the pointer? what a rip off

  • Yeah, i like to light matches on my carpet too.

  • @PrettyLittleLude23 HAHA, this made me laugh, thanks.

  • Comment removed

  • It's a pavement dipshit

  • @iRwaaar what is it then you idiot

  • sure, burn a match on your carpet, why the fuck not

  • @rploeger It's not on carpet you fumb duck

  • do you HAVE to use a soldering iron?

  • Yay! I used 3 minutes and 26 seconds of my life to watch you burn your own carpet! This video isn't a waste of time after all!

  • your hands look freakin awesome !

  • has anyone tried this and succeded?

  • ID10T burnt a whole in his carpet!

  • @DJAstroStudios its for the video dumbass what else do you want him to put on there that wont get burned...

  • Does anyone know if this works or not? I don't want to waste 7 pounds on a green laser to find that it does not work...

  • @Tomm0505 green lasers are pretty sweet even if they dont burn stuff

  • fake!.. because you see.. he just put it back together, but didn't show replacing batteries after he replaced the top..

  • what happens if you use it on a higher intensity laser?

  • how long does it last?? or does the battery cvover that?

  • does this work with a red laser?

  • work w/ 1mW laser?

  • were can i buy the type of laser u used

  • Dont light the match on your carpet

  • @NovaShO0t putting stronger batteries like AA or stronger might kill the diode

  • @Omarspartan209 umm no AA and AAA both are 1.5V, AA are just bigger and last longer.

  • Does it work w/ red lasers??

  • does it work with red lasers?

  • can you also make your laser a bit stronger by putting stronger batterys in it?

  • thx dude u rock

  • I'm going to set some kids work on fire in class :D

  • DO NOT POT LASERS.THIS LASER WILL BREAK AFTER SOME SECONDS OF USE..

  • i got a tiny pen laser and if im gonna watch a film, i point it at the white screen XD

  • btw is it many of them that looks the same or just 1

  • can it be 303 or it must be 03 cuz i can just find 303?

how does 03 look like ? does it may look like anyway?

  • where did u get that laser pointer

  • my Rayfoss 200mW. green hand-held won't even burn anything !!!

think i got ripped off .

i'm gonna try this mod. on my cheapie 5mW. green pointer ...

  • how much is the 5mw laser? o.0

i have the 200mw red laser...

i go buy a 5mw red laser pen

  • Lool very cool

need only remove the component to the laser?

wowowow very cool ... this component is for protect , are not they?

  • nice job burning your carpet dude xD

  • Edit: bay not bay lol

  • Heh heh I got this laser pointer form bay for 11 cents :) and the shipping was 5 bucks :P

  • thanks so much i was seriously going to buy a $600 laser pointer

  • No portable laser is of energy 100 Megawatts. Get your units right.

  • what is the exact type of this laser? would you please provide a link? thanks so much!

  • will this work with a 50 mw class3 laser?

  • lol, he changes the lucifer

  • Will this work with a 25 mW

  • hehe, didnt want to spend 500$ for a laser. but spending a few thousand for a new carpet

  • @Scorpac where the hell do you buy carpet??? its like $199 from carpeteria

  • @NemonicsRacing lol carpeteria thats an awesome name

  • did the house burn down?

  • @SpecialED77tag yes, yes the house burnt down, that is how he uploaded this video.

  • @left4theirlunch they have wifi in hotels now

  • just think what would happen if you shone that in somebodys eye.

  • lol, I always grab my soldering iron by the metal part. It's never hot. LOLOLlmao. hahah. lol.

  • PointBlankw00t so u an idiot i been using soldering stuff more than u been holding your fucking cock in your hands in the last your 22 years boy so shut up before u sending mesages

  • hi there i have done the first step if the laser do not have 3 what do i do now.

  • how cool it is he could manage to hold his fingers on hot sodering gun at 2:54 he like superman.this video is sh....t

    bullsh....t

  • @bybudros1980 maybe its just the needle that gets hot, because its a small needle its warmed up faster then the other parts of the gun

  • @bybudros1980 you're a fuckin idiot....have you never used a SOLDERING iron before?

  • He just burned his carpet....so hes not that smart.

  • @jupiter6270 It's concreat....he done it his garage I saw i in a comment he made, and besides, carpet would have burned up...

  • IS that component marked, as 03?

  • ok, how long does the battery last?
