@AChick615 no offence but if your knee was sprained you wouldn't be stunting so don't use that as an excuse to why you bent your knee. look i know its frustrating to hear the same thing over and over again but if your knee is sprained you shouldn't have been stunting in the first place. i'm sure you're better now but i have a sprained knee and i am a competitive cheerleader and i'm out for four weeks. if you hurt it again i suggest you don't stunt it's easier to just wait
when im in a pre and i cradle, my knees bend, im not scared tho, i dont know why they bend. without any yelling, and with helpfull advice,. can anyone help me with that problem? i didnt realize i did it until me sister got it on video at pepreally
so what you do when your about to cradle and they call it, just lock your knees and they do all the work for you. im not a flyer, im a back but i do know how to fly. it just helps to stay focused(:
yeah she deffiantly needs to keep her legs locked when theyre tossing her.and when she's cradling she needs to v out more.she looked straight as a board.

when they bounce to toss you up for a cradle,
don't bend your knees, EVER.
that is really dangerous, so keep your legs locked at all times !
