See you there! I hope someone doesn't jump up onstage like a few people did in 2009 as the clock changed from 11:59pm June 30th to 12:00am July 1st. Best intro to Canada Day. 'Amon Tobin Dance Party' is a short vid of that happening haha.
important : many of you may be interested with the full-length editing of the show (with a better sound), so I recommend browsing my files or going directly to my channel, you'll find it there !
I think that the impressive thing about these projections is the surface mapping - all those cubes pointed on edge toward the projector creates surfaces that aren't flat, and the projecting technology has them mapped so accurately that they become flat if they want it to look flat, or they can use the shapes and depths at will... all with pinpoint accuracy.
@Neurozumim actually if you look at some of the other videos you'll see why its so amazing. The amount of convolution that had to be calculated for this is ridiculous... check out youtube co m/watch?v=vVR8lZl8BRY to see why its so amazing

i need to get my hands on these mixes he has in this performance, and yes some tickets too but that seems to be quite impossible for me now,
but yea - the album is a tiny bit hard to listen to - still great, but i hear the music rearranged in some fantastic ways on these live videos

Hmm... it looks like just projections on a structure. Not sure what's so new about it.

@Neurozumim Maybe not a brand new concept but the execution is simply incredible

I can be wrong but to me it looks like an «amplified» version (or remix version) of Journeyman.

@Benji7905: No it would have derived the attention from Amon, who is grooving with the crowd in his cube!
